WHERE RT.HON BETARA FAILED.

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

THE POINT OF VIEW.

A case study of the recent distribution of Empowerment tools such as Sewing
machines, Electric Generators, Refrigerator, Fertilizer and other resources.
Critics point to the instances empowerments tools. The coordinators and the commutees behind the distribution of the empowerment tools uses there influence and interest to distribute the item best on WHO KNOWS YOU AND WHOM YOU KNOW. Example A sewing machine will misallocated to individuals like Tricycle Rider seemingly disconnected from the purpose.

Question arise regarding the repeated provision of empowerment opportunities to the same beneficiaries always.
Rtd. Hon. Muktari Betara Aliyu normally give his empowerment to certain groups not to community at large such as Forums, Team, Groups and other unknown association of which all this creat political thuggaries around the community at large.

EDUCATION:

Regarding Education Rtd. Hon. Muktari Betara Aliyu is very poor with the following point of mind.
A member representing four (4) different local Government for good 18y ears in National Assembly without any provision National or International scholarship to any higher Institutions student across the constituency to study either;

1.Phd. program.
2.Msc. second degree.
3.Bsc. first degree.
4.N.D National Diploma.
5:O.N.D Ordinary National Diploma.
5.N.C.E National Certificate in Education..

Apart from the above mentioned cases of scholarship, he failed to bring Federal Institutions across the constituency rather he is agitating for the downgrade of NAUB The only federal institute we have across the southern part of Borno State.

Here we against his efforts on Education.

HEALTH CARE.

Here we against his concern and consideration on Health of our community because for good 18 years in office no any one of the below list.

1. No free medicine provide.
2. No free medication.
3. No any hospital management.
