THE EGO OF SUFFERING

Suffering arises from a lack of understanding of the Law. Not man made law, but Natural Law.

Ignorance is the true cause of suffering. It blinds the individual to how reality actually operates.

The ego seeks to dominate the mind. It convinces you that you already know everything. It tells you your current beliefs are complete and unquestionable.

This belief is an illusion. It is far from the truth.

Freedom from suffering begins with facing the ego directly and committing to the process of self transformation.

We think we raise children, but the truth is far more uncomfortable. Children don't arrive as blank pages waiting for our handwriting. They arrive as whole beings, passing through us, not owned by us.👼✨
+ When parents forget this, they start parenting from fear, control, and their own unresolved wounds.
Most mistakes happen when adults try to mold children based on their past trauma, failures, and unmet dreams. Instead of seeing the child in front of them, they react to the child they once were.🧠💔
That's when pressure replaces curiosity and guidance turns into control.

Children are not projects. They are teachers. If we slow down, they quietly raise us into calmer, more present, more honest humans.

Love is not intensity
It is coherence maintained over time
When two people meet, the question is not how strong the feeling is
The question is whether each can remain whole in the presence of the other
Love does not ask for collapse
It does not require self sacrifice disguised as devotion
It does not demand sameness
Love allows polarity without instability
Difference without distortion
Closeness without loss of self

Your soul is in your mind, and your mind is in your body. Your mind can either become a prison for your soul or a divine temple that allows it to express itself fully. What you build internally determines how your soul experiences life through the body.

This is why Freemasons speak about rebuilding the temple of Solomon. It is not about a physical structure, but about rebuilding the subconscious mind. It is inner work. And it is work I believe we should all be doing, including myself. I try to rebuild my inner temple with love, loyalty, honesty, and faith, instead of fear, overthinking, anxiety, negativity, and failure.
