IZON-GBANRAUN KINGDOM, YENAGOA, BAYELSA STATE*— His Royal Majesty, Captain Frank F. G. Okiakpe, JP, Egbesuwei Gbanraun X, the Agadagba of Izon-Gbanraun Kingdom, has urged all sons and daughters of the kingdom to uphold peace, unity, love, and mutual respect as the foundation for lasting progress. The revered monarch emphasized that every indigene has a sacred responsibility to preserve the customs, traditions, and cultural heritage handed down by the forefathers while remaining loyal to the throne. According to the royal father, no kingdom can experience meaningful development without harmony among its people.

The Agadagba further advised chiefs, elders, youths, women, political office holders, and community leaders to embrace integrity, transparency, accountability, and selfless service. His Royal Majesty, Captain Frank F. G. Okiakpe, JP, Egbesuwei Gbanraun X, stated that leadership is a divine trust that must always place the welfare of the people above personal interests. He called on citizens to reject corruption, violence, false accusations, and divisive tendencies, urging everyone to resolve disagreements through dialogue, respect, and adherence to the kingdom’s traditional values.

Addressing the younger generation in his scared palace , the monarch encouraged them to pursue quality education, vocational skills, entrepreneurship, and other lawful means of livelihood. He warned against cultism, drug abuse, kidnapping, internet fraud, pipeline vandalism, and every form of criminal activity capable of destroying lives and tarnishing the reputation of Izon-Gbanraun Kingdom. The royal father also appealed to parents and guardians to instill discipline, honesty, respect, and the fear of God in their children, describing the youth as the future custodians of the kingdom’s heritage.

Concluding his royal address, His Royal Majesty, Captain Frank F. G. Okiakpe, JP, Egbesuwei Gbanraun X, Agadagba of Izon-Gbanraun Kingdom, appealed to governments at all levels, development partners, investors, and sons and daughters of the kingdom, both at home and in the diaspora, to collaborate in advancing the kingdom through quality education, improved healthcare, modern infrastructure, environmental protection, youth empowerment, and economic development. He reaffirmed the palace’s commitment to justice, equity, peace, and inclusive leadership, urging all citizens to remain steadfast in supporting initiatives that will ensure a united, secure, and prosperous Izon-Gbanraun Kingdom for generations to come.

His Royal Majesty, Pere (Capt.) Frank Fieke Gabriel Okiakpe, Egbesuwei Gbanraun X, Agadagba of Izon-Gbanraun Kingdom, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State*, extends his royal greetings and heartfelt felicitations to the High Chiefs, Chiefs, Elders, women, youths, and all sons and daughters of the revered Izon-Gbanraun Kingdom, both at home and across the diaspora, as the kingdom joyfully welcomes the blessed month of August 2026.

From the exalted Royal Stool of our forefathers, His Royal Majesty offers profound thanksgiving to the Almighty God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, for His unfailing mercy, divine preservation, and immeasurable grace bestowed upon the kingdom and its people.

The Royal Father calls upon every subject to enter the new month with renewed faith, steadfast hope, and unwavering commitment to peace, unity, justice, and the collective prosperity of the kingdom.

His Royal Majesty graciously enjoins all sons and daughters of Izon-Gbanraun Kingdom to uphold the sacred virtues of brotherly love, mutual respect, humility, patience, and peaceful coexistence. He reminds his people that a kingdom founded upon harmony and righteousness shall stand firm through every season, while unity among the people remains the greatest treasure inherited from their noble ancestors.

The revered monarch further admonishes the youths as the pride and future custodians of the kingdom to reject violence, hatred, criminality, and every act capable of diminishing the honour and dignity of the Royal Kingdom. Rather, they are encouraged to pursue knowledge, industry, integrity, and selfless service, becoming worthy ambassadors of the throne and shining examples for generations yet unborn.

His Royal Majesty also charges the Council of Chiefs,, high chiefs, community leaders, elders, and every household to remain steadfast in promoting reconciliation, equity, wisdom, and communal solidarity. He declares that where the people walk together in one accord, the blessings of the Almighty shall abound, the land shall flourish, and the gates of progress shall remain open to every community within the kingdom.
