DAY TWO: ENGR. SATOMI’S MOBILE CLINIC STORMS GOMARI WARD OF JERE LOCAL GOVERNMENT

The Mobile Clinic Initiative spearheaded by Engr. Satomi Ahmad FNSE, Member Representing Jere Federal Constituency, has reached the Gomari Ward of Jere Local Government.

The outreach witnessed a massive turnout of residents which included women, children, men, and the elderly, who benefitted from free medical consultations, treatment for common ailments, blood pressure checks, malaria tests, antenatal care, and the distribution of essential drugs.

The mobile clinic, operated by a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, was stationed in accessible areas of Gomari to ensure no one was left unattended. Special attention was also given to pregnant women and nursing mothers.

Community members expressed heartfelt appreciation, noting that this was the first time in a long while such a comprehensive medical outreach was brought directly to their doorstep free of charge.

The Mobile Clinic Initiative is not just a response to immediate health needs, but a clear reflection of Engr. Satomi’s vision for a constituency where health is a right, not a privilege.

As the program continues to move across wards in Jere, it remains a powerful testament to people centered representation and impactful leadership.

Borno Federal Lawmaker Disburses ₦150 Million for Eid-El-Kabir Celebration.
...Calls for Prayers and Unity.

The Member representing Jere Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Satomi Ahmad FNSE has disbursed a total of ₦150 million in celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.

The disbursement, which targeted key political structures, community stakeholders, and vulnerable groups, is part of Hon. Satomi’s long-standing tradition of celebrating with his constituents and giving back to the people he represents.

The Following is the Breakdown of the Disbursement:

• Critical Stakeholders – ₦250,000 each

• Non-Critical Stakeholders – ₦200,000 each

• Local Government Stakeholders – ₦150,000 each

• Ward Executives – ₦100,000 each

• Delegates – ₦100,000 each

In addition, Youth Groups across the 12 political wards of Jere LGA received a combined total of ₦50 million to ease the forth coming Sallah Celebration.

To further promote religious harmony and cultural tradition, 80 rams were distributed to Traditional Rulers and Islamic Scholars (Ulamas) for Sallah celebrations.

This Sallah intervention is not a one-off event. Over the years, Engr. Satomi has consistently prioritized grassroots engagement, youth empowerment, and support for traditional institutions. From education and health outreach to seasonal support.

While addressing party executives, youth leaders, and religious elders, Hon. Satomi calls for the need for peaceful coexistence and unity among the people of Jere and Borno State at large. He decried the renewed threats posed by insurgency in parts of the state and urged constituents to intensify prayers for peace, stability, and development.

“Eid is a time of sacrifice, reflection, and gratitude. As we celebrate, let us also remember those we’ve lost to conflict and those still rebuilding their lives. Let us continue to pray for the peace and restoration of Borno,” Engr. Satomi urged.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to my dear Muslim brothers and sisters in Jere Federal Constituency and across Nigeria on the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. This blessed day marks the successful completion of Ramadan, a month of fasting, prayer, and devotion to Allah (SWT).

As we celebrate this special day, let us remember the core values of Ramadan—piety, compassion, and generosity—and carry them forward in our daily lives. Let us extend a helping hand to the needy, promote peace and unity, and strengthen the bonds of love and brotherhood in our community.
