You are never too old to learn.

The world is constantly evolving, and so should we. Every new skill is an opportunity to become better, stay relevant, and discover something new about yourself.
Learning never stops. And neither should we.

Keep challenging your mind.

Today, I wore the Catholic Women Organisation Nigeria (CWO) uniform for the very first time.

For a long time, I saw CWO as a group for women who were much older than I was, women with years of experience in marriage, motherhood, and the Christian faith.
I often felt I wasn't "there yet" and wondered if I would truly fit in.

But today, I realized that every season has its time.
I wore this uniform with pride, my shoulders raised and my head held high, grateful to identify as a Christian mother and a member of this great organisation.

It reminded me that growth is a journey, and sometimes we don't realise we're ready until we take that first step.

To make the day even more memorable, I had the honour of anchoring the birthday celebration of our CWO President. It was such a joyful moment.

Here's to embracing every new season with confidence and trusting God's timing.

What once felt distant has now become a beautiful part of my journey.

Proudly Catholic. Proudly CWO 💙🤍♥️

Albinism is a non-contagious genetic condition caused by a lack of melanin, making affected persons more vulnerable to vision impairment and skin cancer.

With proper care, protection, and equal opportunities, persons with albinism can thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.

Inclusion is a right, not a privilege.
Every skin deserves dignity, respect, and protection. đź’ś

More people are quietly making a difficult decision this season to step away from farming due to the rising cost of fertilizers and farm inputs.

And understandably so.

But there’s another side to this conversation.

Some households are now thinking
“Let’s just buy and store food during the harvest season.”

But then the question is,
if many people stop farming, who will produce the food we plan to buy?

Harvest does not happen in the market, It starts on the farm.
And behind every bag of food in the market
is a farmer who chose to plant, despite the cost and uncertainty.

And for those of us still willing to farm
have we considered the bigger picture?

Have we checked the unexpected weather changes, seasonal predictions, rainfall patterns, and uncertainties that now shape agriculture?

Today, farming is no longer about effort only,
it is also information, timing, and awareness.

This is why agriculture is not just a personal decision,
it is a collective survival system.

What are you planting this season?

EVER HEARD OF OVERHYDRATION? đź’§

With this intense heat, everyone is saying “drink more water, stay hydrated.”

And yes, that’s important… but here’s something many people don’t realize 👇

DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER CAN ACTUALLY BE HARMFUL.

Surprising, right?

It’s called OVER HYDRATION.

When you drink excessively, your body’s salt balance can be disrupted, leading to a condition called HYPONATREMIA.

This can leave you feeling dizzy, weak, or unwell.

So what should you do in this heat?
đź’§ Drink water regularly, not excessively
Increase your intake, but don’t force it
Listen to your body, not just the temperature

Have you ever felt uncomfortable after drinking too much water, or do you just keep drinking because of the heat?

Your goal shouldn't just be to drink more… but to hydrate smartly.
