There was a time I almost walked away from what I do now. I felt like everyone else was moving faster, getting noticed, getting paid
I was just stuck in the middle, trying to convince myself I was good enough. I’d look at my work and only see the flaws.
One day, a client I almost turned down said something simple: “I trust your eye.” That one line stayed with me. I realized my problem wasn’t skill but it was belief. So I decided to show up anyway, even when the fear was loud. I started finishing what I started, sharing what I made, and accepting small wins as proof that growth was happening.
It didn’t flip overnight. But every time I pushed past the doubt, it got quieter. Now when I feel that old voice again, I remind myself that I’ve been here before, and I didn’t stop last time.
