Baileys Irish Cream Brownies: A Decadent, Fudgy Dessert Masterpiece
This deesviral version blends cocoa powder with a hint of espresso to enhance the chocolate depth. Baileys Irish Cream is added both to the batter and a soft cream cheese swirl, giving these brownies a rich, marbled finish without overpowering sweetness.

• 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
• ¼ cup light brown sugar (50g)

• 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream (30ml)

In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese, Baileys, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour brownie batter into prepared pan, then drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top.
