A letter to my younger self 💚🌸

Precious littl girl, I love you beyond words!

Connecting with your inner child is a beautiful starting point for your healing journey. A lot of the times, we can not move forward if this part of us is hurting.

Any time she is triggered, she will show up. And in those moments you will become again this little girl instead of reacting like the current version of yourself.

Let my letter be an invitation to take the time these coming days to write a letter to your own younger self. Find a picture, take a moment to tune into how you felt at that moment in your life, and write to her as your now adult self. Let the love your have for her heal and soften the broken parts.

A Virgo in Aquarius season learning (once again) about surrendering and letting go of control.

Trusting that when we let the illusive idea of control go, the Universe can place something on your path that is beyond your limited mind. So much greater and more aligned than you could have ever wished for.

These programations of control run so deep, it feels so unsafe to walk outside the lines that we’ve been told to walk in. Until here and not further.

Yet we remember that we are the creators of our own reality, and dare to step beyond. Alone. Fearful maybe. But we dare.

Even having quantum jumped uncountable times in my life, I ask myself, will I ever not be afraid? But even with this fear, I know I will never stop jumping.

My life feels so “outside” the lines for some instances, yet it feels so much like me. Like how my soul wants to live. Every single day, I choose my life over any other narrative.

About me

With a bachelor degree in Fashion and Textile Design from the University of Palermo, in 2016 I started my journey in the fashion world. Working as a designer I handled with providers, sewing workshops, cutters and store employees on a daily base. It didn’t take me long to see all the damage that this industry has done to our planet and to our people, here my path to sustainability began.

To me sustainability is about human connection and joining forces with people all over the world to take action. Having lived in four countries, six different cities and speaking fluently three languages, I see the world with eyes of compassion and empathy and I take this cultural knowledge with me in every project.

Today with my experience in the field I help fashion businesses in their journey to become more conscious. I write articles, design visual content, talk about consumer awareness and create new solutions together with likeminded creatives. I inspire people to reflect about the way they consume and teach new ways of living a sustainable life.
