Everything stops for a second. Your business doesn’t matter anymore. And everything feels different.

That’s why I’m fundraising for KWF (Dutch Cancer Society) during the Rotterdam 1/4 Marathon, because cancer doesn’t just affect one person. It hits entire families.

So far we’ve raised €200 but my goal is to reach €750 before 2026! And I can’t do that alone.

When you can use your sport to make an impact❣️

Cancer affects so many people around us. And when it hits your loved ones, you truly realize how important research and proper care are.

That’s why I’m running the 1/4 Marathon of Rotterdam in April 2026 for KWF Dutch Cancer Society. With my passion for running, I want to make a difference this time and contribute to a future in which this disease becomes increasingly treatable.

Wanneer je je sport kan inzetten om impact te maken❣️

Kanker raakt zoveel mensen om ons heen. Wanneer het dichtbij komt, besef je pas echt hoe belangrijk onderzoek en goede zorg zijn.

Daarom loop ik in april 2026 de 1/4 marathon van Rotterdam voor het KWF. Met mijn passie voor hardlopen wil ik dit keer iets betekenen en bijdragen aan een toekomst waarin deze ziekte steeds beter te behandelen is.

Lately I’ve been re-evaluating what “freedom” actually means to me.

The big dream version and the right now real-life kind of freedom: having time in the morning, choosing how I spend my day, feeling financially safe, not constantly calculating if I can afford the things that bring me joy.

Somewhere along the way I realised I was building a life that looked good on the outside
but didn’t feel good on the inside. So last year I decided to make a shift. A shift that isn’t overnight, but one that is changing the direction I’m moving in.

This season is about taking responsibility for the life I want, instead of waiting for it to happen.

If you’re in that same phase of wanting more space, more ease, more you in your own life. Know that I see you. And you’re not meant to figure it out alone.

IM BACK! I needed a bit of a break since some things happened in life,
so I didn’t work-out, I didn’t put the work in my business, but that’s life too. Now I’m so ready for December to make the best out of it and enjoy these festive days with friends and family 🤍. And of course build momentum in my business. Who else is ready to finish this year strong? 👇🏼
