Steam room at Maxwell Onsen, Bangkok. With Golden Week bringing even more visitors from Japan to the city right now, this felt like the right moment to show you Bangkok’s most Japanese style onsen.

Through the glass you can see straight into the bathing pools, and the whole room is noticeably cleaner and more premium than what you get at a classic sauna.

OPENING HOURS
Daily, 2 PM to 12 AM

ENTRY
Around 580 to 600 baht. Entry after 9 PM includes a full buffet.

GOOD TO KNOW
Hot, warm and cold pools, saunas, steam room, a mindfulness room, massage chairs and a restaurant on site. Mixed crowd of locals and foreigners. Peak time is evenings, especially on weekends.

So many of you guessed Bangkok. So many of you thought Babylon was rising from the dead. Sorry to disappoint, it’s not.

This is Fahrenheit . Manila’s legendary gay sauna, back from the dead, and officially open.

I was there while it was still under construction.

But now it’s finished, and I haven’t been back yet. Should I go? Do you want the full tour and my honest review? And could Fahrenheit become the new Babylon of the Philippines ?

What’s actually the hardest part about wearing head to toe rubber all day?

I asked someone at , and the answer might surprise you. Folsom Europe is the biggest leather and fe**sh festival in the world, taking place right now in Berlin’s Schöneberg district, with the main street fair on Saturday the 12th along Fuggerstraße and Welserstraße.

Rubber is one of the most iconic looks you’ll see walking through the fair, but it takes real commitment. Heat, prep time, and getting in and out of it are just part of the challenge, and the people who wear it all weekend deserve way more credit than they get.

The street fair is free to enter and runs on donations, supporting LGBTQ+ and HIV nonprofits every year.
