Dear listeners,
We hope you’ve enjoyed the content of our anniversary year; the remastered episodes of season 1, the documentary and of course Familiar Faces!
The past few months we’ve been busy working on new storylines, planets and aliens. So we’d like to proudly announce that LPC - Doctor Who will return with a third season! This third season will be longer, containing 12 episodes, including a jaw dropping finale which will consist of two 45 minute episodes! Coming to you in 2026.
But all great things must come to an end, this third season of Doctor Who will be our last. We’ve been working on setting up these stories for a very long time, and now that they’re out into the world it’s time for us to explore something new. This means that next year, LPC Productions will officially be waving the TARDIS goodbye.
But we wouldn’t be us if we didn’t have more stories to tell! This is not the end of LPC Productions. From 2026 onward we’ll be working on producing original content. However, we’ll be making this new content in Dutch, our mother tongue. So while we’re not leaving, this does mean goodbye to some of you.
We’re incredibly thankful for all the international support we’ve gotten, and we hope you, and all others, will revisit our Doctor Who episodes every once in a while and look back on them with as much joy as we do.
Everything ends and it's always sad, but everything begins again, too. And that's always happy. Be happy and remember; great stories, start small.
