For a few days, I felt the need to stay quiet and wait until my energy and voice were like they used to be

Then I realized something…

The people I trust most online are the ones who continue showing up as themselves no matter what

What they share is the truth, being like all of us and no perfection✨

And maybe you trust these kind of people too

Because success is not about what you wear
How many layers of make-up you put on your face
How many times you’ve had a date
Or how many cars are standing in front of your door

So this week, even with a rough voice and slower energy, I chose to record this anyway

Succes, real success, starts small and grows over time
There’s one place and with that one person who decides who fast it goes:

You

The only question is; Are you willing to look in the mirror and see it?✨

Most people don’t ask for true advice
They ask for a nodding ‘yes’ of what they’re already thinking

We tell ourselves we want advice, but go to the person right next to us instead of the one with real knowledge

Friends ask friends about business…
Employees ask employees about freedom…
People without experience speak on things they’ve never done…

Fast answers are everywhere
The right ones… they take some more time & effort

What we ask for are opinions, when not going to the right person
But we don’t need opinions

We need experience and proof from the ones who are where we wanna go
Surrounding yourself with these kind of people will open your eyes

We may have been taught that success has a certain look✨

Luxury
Status
Perfect bodies
Perfect lives
Perfect timing

For years, many people followed images designed to impress others, not to live their life to the fullest

A lot of people started believing:
“If I don’t fit into the picture, I might never be respected, successful, or a source of value.”

But the ones creating a real life, from their intentions and intuitions don’t need to ask for approval

They just make other decisions:

The decision to think independently
The decision to stop giving without receiving
The decision to create a life aligned with their values instead of public expectations

You’ve probably noticed that the most fulfilled people are not always the loudest ones
They’re often the people who dare to take risks, stay open-minded, listen truly, and walk a different path

Nowadays, more and more people are questioning societies standard way of living

You don’t need to become someone else to create success
You only need the courage to trust what you already know

The right opportunities rarely come to everyone
They show up to people who are ready to see life in a different way🙏🏻

Life lately: Not that daily enthusiasm at all…

And I could have chosen to hide it

I could have waited till I felt ‘better’, till I got back my voice, looking fresh and grounded before showing up

But that’s not how I desire to be

We don’t always wake up feeling fully aligned with ourselves
Sometimes your mind and body feel heavy and sour, you’re fighting against the flu

Still, I show up

Not because someone told me to do so
Not because I want to proof something
But because I trust what’s inside of me

I continue holding on to my vision, my standards, and my willpower to go through, even when I feel not fully comfortable

That’s where my energy is based upon; to stay connected to the message from the inside even in the moments you feel less than your best🙏🏻

You need the willingness to move before you have clarity

We’ve trained ourselves to believe we need to feel ready first
But feeling ready moves with you, it shifts the moment you get close to it

You may recognize this:
Overthinking feels productive, but it actually makes you move not at all

At some point, you continue encouraging your own doubts…
Or you decide to trust your own way

There’s a part inside of you that knows exactly where to go
Not loud or overflowing, but simple & clear🌿

The question is simple:
Are you open for it?

Because building something powerful doesn’t start when everything makes sense
It starts when you stop fighting with yourself.

No, not particularly
I lead conversations that create value✨

Selling only feels heavy when it’s driven by pressure or personal gain
That’s not what I do

I share ideas, experiences, and solutions that people can choose to step into
When there’s an honest connection, the rest happens naturally

This isn’t about convincing
It’s about connection, clarity, and direction

The people who create real impact don’t chase sales, they build trust, help creating a vision, and let the right people move forward🙏🏻

Confidence is a skill you need to grow into

It doesn’t come from being loud

Nor from shouting from the rooftops

It comes from stepping into the unknown

Daring to face your biggest obstacles

And knowing that you don’t have to do it all alone

I stepped into this business as an entrepreneur who didn’t own herself fully by that time
Yes, my eating disorder didn’t define my days anymore
But I still felt small in this big, loud world

It was my business partner, and now best friend, and the community with people who believed in me first, who gave me the last kick to go for it all the way

I own myself again, I trust that my fears don’t define what I do & who I am
Due to all of these supportive souls🤍

And now I open the doors to show you, how life could look like if you own yourself too✨

How I took ownership of my life after anorexia👇🏻

I used to live by other people’s opinions
What they thought was right shaped how I saw myself

At some point, I took control, but without really noticing what I was actually doing
I changed my actions, not my identity

That’s why I kept repeating the same cycle

Real change doesn’t start with what you do
It starts with how you think, how you feel, and how you see yourself🙏🏻

When that doesn’t shift, nothing stays

Everything changed the moment I decided:
I either take full ownership of my life, or I stay stuck

No in between

What I went through is a part of my life I’m really open about
It’s proof

Proof that your past doesn’t define your future
Proof that changing yourself is a decision, not a situation

And now I use that experience to lead

Because your story isn’t something to carry
It’s something to build from💪🏻

The real question is:
Are you ready to use it?

Most people treat decisions as either/or.

Leaders don’t

They understand there are always four options:
– Option A
– Option B
– Neither
– Both

The difference is in their perspective

When you think in limitations, you choose between what’s available
When you think in possibilities, you create outcomes that weren’t there before

That’s where real power comes to mind🙏🏻

You’re not here to take a single part
You’re here to design the decision the way you want it to be
