These are non-negotiable for me because of the woman I’m choosing to become.

I’m not interested in drifting, reacting, or figuring things out as I go anymore.

I want a life and a business that are steady, ordered, and intentional.

The blueprint for my lifeOS and business systems was distilled from the brilliance of Elohor

Someone I deeply admire for how she leads her life and business with clarity, structure, and consistency.

She allowed us to see, very plainly, how she thinks, plans, and executes, not just in business, but in life.

Seeing that made something click for me.

If I want to live differently, I have to operate differently.
If I want peace, I need systems.
If I want growth, I need order.

So these aren’t resolutions.

They’re standards I’m setting now because the woman I’m becoming requires them.

I went back and forth on whether to share this.

Because it shows the parts of this year that didn’t work.
The plans that fell apart.
The things I didn’t expect to be explaining out loud.

And yes, putting this out feels vulnerable.
It can be misunderstood.
It can be twisted.
That part scared me.

But I’m learning that vulnerability isn’t weakness.
It’s strength.

This year didn’t go how I planned.
But even in the mess, there are things I’m grateful for.
And pretending otherwise won’t change what happened.

So this is me sharing the year I didn’t expect.
As it was.
Not polished.
Not fixed.
Just real.
Just human.

Did you have any plans that fell through this year, let’s bond in the comments 🤗

You don’t need to “figure it all out.”

You already know your creative business needs a structure.
What’s actually stressing you out is not knowing where to start.

So everything stays in your head.
You overthink.
You delay.
And the business keeps feeling heavier than it should.

That’s the gap I help bridge.

My templates are for creators who want their projects to feel easier to manage, their business more professional, and less chaotic so they can build a business they absolutely love.

A yes to these simple systems is a goodbye to overwhelm and burn out!!!

If you’re tired of guessing and just want a clear starting point, this is for you.

People don’t commit because you explained more.
They commit because they felt understood, they felt seen.

That boutique didn’t sell me clothes.
She sold me certainty, that she heard me.

That’s how proposals should work too.
When clients see themselves in your words, saying yes becomes easy.

If you want proposals that don’t start from a blank page and don’t leave clients confused,

DM “PROPOSAL” to get the template.

There are a lot of wrong ideas around writing and sending proposals.

In this post, I’m breaking down those myths and clearing the confusion.

If you’ve ever sent a proposal and heard nothing back, this is for you.

Save it. You’ll need it.

Ps: Did you hear the unpaid voiceover artist in the background 😄

I saw a post by that talked about making this prayer
“God, show me my value. Help me see myself the way You see me.”

And it reminded me how often we choose people who don’t choose us.
Stay in spaces that don’t honor us.
Walk paths that were never meant for us.

Not because we love pain.
But because we don’t truly see ourselves as valuable.

For about four years of my life, I made some of the biggest mistakes of my life.
That season also happened to be when I drifted away from God.
My identity was no longer rooted in Christ.
It was rooted in my own understanding.

And when that happens, you start shrinking without even noticing.
You tolerate things you shouldn’t.
You keep picking people who see you as a problem, not a gift.
You stay where you’re barely chosen because you don’t believe you deserve better.

Looking back now, I was living below who I was meant to be.

Recently, I found my identity again in Christ.
And with it, I gradually began to find myself again.

My self esteem, which had been eroding for years, started to bloom.
I began to make different choices.
I started choosing myself.
And everything else started to shift too
my work, my peace and my joy

That’s why prayers like this matter.
Because sometimes the issue isn’t effort.
It’s vision.

When you don’t see yourself the way God sees you,
your decisions will always reflect that blindness.

As creators, this shows up everywhere:
– the clients you accept
– the prices you tolerate
– the boundaries you avoid
– the way you show up in your work and your life

So this is just a gentle reminder:
Pray that prayer.
Ask God to show you your value.

Because when you finally see yourself the way He sees you,
your life will have no choice but to rise to that level.

A winning proposal is not a long document.
It’s a clear argument.

If your proposal doesn’t walk the client from problem to solution to trust, you’re already losing.

Here are the non-negotiable components of a solid proposal:
1. Project overview
Show me you understand what I want.
Not what you do but what they asked for.

2. The gap
What is currently stopping the client from getting their desired outcome?

3. How you will bridge the gap
Step by step, How you’ll solve the problem, in simple terms.
Actual actions that connect their problem to the result.

4. Scope of work
What’s included.
What’s not.

5. Milestones and timelines
What happens at each phase of the project and key outcomes that mark the end of each phase. Also, Key phases and when things will be delivered.

6. Proof it has worked before
A short case study:
– Where the client was before
– What you did
– Where they ended up after

7. Social proof
Testimonials or client feedback that confirms:
“This person delivers what they promise.”

8. Investment
Clear pricing and payment terms.

That’s it.

Save this.
Your future self will thank you.

Most freelancers don’t lose jobs because they’re bad at what they do.

They lose them because their proposals are rushed, unclear, or full of red flags they don’t notice.

If clients keep ghosting you after you send a proposal, start here.

These are the mistakes that quietly push good clients away and the ones you can fix today.

Save this so you don’t repeat the same errors the next time you pitch.

If you want a breakdown of what to include in a winning proposal, comment“PROPOSAL” and I’ll share it in my next post.
