Just Sold in Utrecht — A New Beginning for Two Very Happy Expats
Last Friday marked a truly special milestone at Expat Things.
My wonderful clients, Kate and Kohl, officially signed at the notary and became the proud owners of their new home in Utrecht.
Guiding them through the buying process — from the very first search to the final signature — has been an honour. As their aankoopmakelaar, I worked closely with them to secure a home that matched not just their needs, but their long-term dreams here in the Netherlands. Seeing them glowing with happiness at the notary was the perfect reminder of why I love what I do.
And personally? This one means a lot.
Although I have years of experience helping expats secure homes across the Netherlands, this closing is the first purchase completed under my very own brand, Expat Things. A proud moment — and a meaningful step in building a company rooted in trust, care, and truly personalised support.
