"De sonate ademt grandeur. Het heroรฏsche karakter van het eerste deel wordt door de zussen perfect muzikaal vertaald. Gelukkig is er eveneens aandacht voor de meer verstilde momenten. Het bedrukt, als een treurmars klinkende middendeel komt voorbeeldig tot klinken en vindt zijn climax in schitterend cantabile pianospel. Prachtige muziek hoor. En wat een slot ook."

"The sonata exudes grandeur. The heroic character of the first movement is perfectly translated musically by the sisters. Fortunately, attention is also paid to the more subdued moments. The somber middle movement, sounding like a funeral march, is performed exemplarily and finds its climax in brilliant cantabile piano playing. Truly beautiful music. And what an ending, too."
