This Bibimbap is all about balance — savory, spicy, and oh-so-satisfying! Simple, healthy, at nakakabusog in one bowl ✨

Small lifestyle changes can make a big impact on our health over time. That’s why I use Golden Fiesta Canola Oil for delicious heart healthy meals. Try mo na rin BiteFam!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2kg of Beef Bulgogi (pre-marinated already)
- Egg, sunny side-up is preferred for topping
- Golden Fiesta Canola Oil, for sautéing
- Topping: Green onions

Vegetables:
- Carrots
- Spinach
- Bean Sprouts
- Zucchini
- Shiitake Mushrooms
- Kimchi

Sauce:
- 3 Tbsp of Gochujang
- 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp of Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Honey

No oven? No problem! To celebrate National Cheesecake Day, let’s make No-Bake Ube Cheesecake BiteFam 💜

INGREDIENTS

Cheesecake:
- 2 Packs (500g total) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Pack (250 mL) of Cream, chilled in the refrigerator
- 1 1/2 Cup of Condensed Milk (add less or more depending on your preferred sweetness)
- 2-3 Tsp of Ube Extract
- 1/4 Cup of Ube Jam
- Toppings: Chocolate Syrup (Optional)

Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 Pack (200g) of Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1/2 Cup of Butter, melted
- 1/3 Cup of White Sugar

Freeze for 4-6 hours or refrigerate for 8-10 hours. Serve and enjoy! 🍰
