life is too short to get irritated at a toddler for being a toddler.

they make messes, they spill things, they yell, they cry, and they push you to your limits, but that's how they are supposed to act.

they are learning how to regulate emotions and use fine motor skills. encourage them and guide them, don't reprimand them for accidents or outbursts.

it’s our job to break the cycle of pointless punishment and emotional trauma.

they are kids, and kids will be KIDS.
