My very first participation on a Kyudo competition, this is just held locally. I played the part of being Ochi / Goban, tried my best but wasn’t able to perform well 😔 if only… there is no ifs.. the result is there… really Learned a lot from that local competition.

My realization, know my Ashibumi more, feel my body more, stabilization, push and pulling. More practice and more focus.

After a month and a half hiatus, coz I am facing a very personal matters, I came back again. I know, I should not be frustrated but when my body feel alienated with hassetsu, frustration is winning over😔 I know I can comeback to the way i used to be but still, frustration is winning over due to that I cannot do like I used to do, I’ve done too many mistakes 😞. I felt pressured, felt left out. That I know I shouldn’t be. Brain really makes my feeling complicated. It’s hard to explain with just few words. Orignally, I only have few chances of practices before our local and hoping I can catch up. After last Wednesday, i need to rethink on how to cope up the things I’ve missed and need to catch up. The only thing that I am thankful for, is that the pressure don’t creep me out. There is a pressure but not the pressure that pushes me out. I am thankful for that. I just hope that I can catch up on the things I’ve missed. Good luck to me! And wish me well! #弓道 #弓道ライフ
