I made the mistake of getting a rabies vaccine yesterday when I didn't even need one, and now I am paying the price as I am having a bad allergic reaction to the injections!

They gave me TWO injections on the spot, and said I would need to come back four more times for more injections. That's at least 6 injections over 5 visits. No rabies vaccine anywhere consists of that many injections... it's 2-3 injections over 2-3 visits, depending on the country you are in. They just wanted to get as much money as they could get out of me. We left the clinic and I told Shy that I am not going back for more injections. After all, I don't know what they are injecting me with... Besides, I don't need a rabies vaccine anyway.

Within hours of the first two injections they gave me, I started feeling lightheaded, developed a headache, a fever, developed a rash all over my arms, had stiffness in the joints, my whole body ached, I felt week with no energy, and I had a tightness in my throat that was making it difficult to breathe. Now, 24 hours later... Every time I lay down the room starts spinning. If I stand up, I lose my balance.

I sure learned my lesson! 😡

The weather finally cooperated enough with me to allow me to start painting my balcony today. 😊
