𝑰𝒇 𝒀𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝑼𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒕𝑮𝑷𝑻, 𝒀𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝑨𝒍𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅

I have a new best friend - ChatGPT.

I’ve been using ChatGPT since 2023. At first I was skeptical to use it and during its start, it wasn’t even that good. Mainly, I just used ChatGPT to rephrase and improve my ideas for essays.

but it’s come a long way since then.

ChatGPT is a freakin’ goldmine and anyone that doesn’t use ChatGPT will have a hard time in life.

I’ve used ChatGPT for school, for my insurance business, as a virtual assistant, and even now as I build my VA Agency.

What took weeks or even months to create now only takes a few minutes - but make no mistake, this post is 100% Adrian Kyle Ramos.

Speaking of VA Agency, what if VAs have their own VAs

Before starting my agency, as a VA, I’ve been using ChatGPT in ways that even feels illegal.

I don’t need to be a master of anything to be good at it because of ChatGPT.

I’m just sad because people aren’t using it to its maximum potential - including my own Virtual Assistants.

So, instead of worrying and being sad about it, I allowed my VAs to maximize AI by creating our own Amira GPT.

I know nothing about coding, I’m not an expert of AI.

I just love using ChatGPT and now understand how to maximize using ChatGPT.

One feedback we got was that it’s like talking to an Account Manager because it’s able to talk to the VA the way we actually to talk to them.

Use AI or it will replace you.

𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝑰𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑩𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍

I have a hard time trusting people.

No, I don’t mean I don’t trust people as friends.

I have a hard time trusting people to do their jobs - especially in my own organization and company.

Maybe it’s because of past experience that made me create a limiting belief around trusting and surrendering that my people can handle it.

Maybe it’s because I have this ego need to control and not to disappoint the people that trust my business as clients.

I carry a lot, I choose to do so - and I consciously do this.

But as a business owner, I thought to myself, “If I still do this, why do I hire people? Won’t my business suffer because of this?”

So, instead of having this ego need to control, I choose to let go - step by step.

Making sure that I inspect what I expect but also allow my people to think around how they approach a certain task and problem that arises.

I still have a long way to be a great leader, but I’m excited to see myself in my next level.

There was a time we wished to be where we are now, but why is it that we complain about the challenges that comes with our dreams?

I saw once that appreciating the challenges we face shifts our focus from fear to gratitude.

Grateful for having no extra time.

Grateful for thinking not only for myself but for my employees as well.

Grateful for traveling 6 hours to another city to spend time with family.

Grateful for having the capacity to take on multiple roles at once.

If we cannot bear it in the first place, it would never have been given to us.

We take on what is appropriate to our capacity.

The first one to meet us.

The first one to comfort us.

The first one to cheer for us.

The first one to hear us out.

The first one to fight for us.

The first one to love us unconditionally.

I wouldn’t be who I am today if not for my mother.

I would say I won the lottery because she’s the mother I want and need.

Ma, lahat ng panalo ko, panalo mo.

Maraming salamat sa suporta, sa pag-aalala, at sa pagmamahal.

Happy mother’s day.

I love you ❤️

𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝑩𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒂 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆

It’s really easy to start a business these days - almost anyone can do it. All it takes is an idea and motivation to start.

It’s so easy to start a business that I’m sure that whoever is reading this, you know someone in your circle that has a business or had a business.

Then we hear the usual saying of a friend that has a business, “Pasupport naman” or “Support my Business!”

At first glance, it looks simple - minsan hindi pa rin natin pinapansin.

However, I don’t think we understand how important even just one person supporting the business is.

If your friend owns a cafe, why not buy coffee there instead of Starbucks?

If your friend cleans shoes, why not have your shoes cleaned there instead of Suellas?

If your friend is a barber, why not get your haircut there instead of GQ?

If your friend sells clothes, why not buy from them instead of H&M?

For big companies, have another customer for you is of course beneficial. However you’re just another customer for them.

For your friend, having you as a customer not only benefits their business in financial value but also in keeping them going.

“May naniniwala sa ginagawa ko.”

This feeling is the fuel for ambitious business owners.

“Eh kaso hindi naman quality ‘yung ginagawa niya. Okaya quality naman pero mahal.”

Then let them know. Support doesn’t mean blindly supporting your friend’s business. If you don’t like the quality, tell them. They will not only improve their products or service for you, but for other people too.

Now, let me talk to business owners.

Don’t say that. Instead, thank them for the feedback and make sure to improve and develop.

Nobody’s Perfect - and We Need to Stop Expecting Them to Be

I’ve been hearing a lot of people say “nobody’s perfect” - but only when they’re trying to excuse a mistake.

And I get it. We’ve all said things, done things, or held on to mindsets that, if caught in the wrong moment, might make us look bad and even get "cancelled".

But the truth is, we all have a version of ourselves that isn’t exactly… "postable".

But here’s what bothers me: we’ve created a world, especially online, where making a mistake means you're automatically unforgivable.

We cancel.

We condemn.

We crucify...
.. without giving people the space to grow.

Not everyone who makes a social, political, or even cultural mistake is doing it with malice. Sometimes it’s ignorance. Sometimes it’s timing. Sometimes it’s a version of themselves they haven’t fully healed from.

Yes, people should be held accountable. Especially those with influence.

But accountability and eternal punishment are two very different things.

We say “don’t compare yourself to perfect people on social media,”
but the moment someone slips, we act like we’ve never made a mistake.

Let people learn. Let them live.

Because nobody’s asking you to be perfect, so stop expecting it from everyone else.

Last night I watched the MMK Episode of BINI's Sheena Catacutan.

I'm a casual listener of BINI but what I love about them was how they turned their hardships to victories.

Just basing off of what I watched in the MMK Episode..

They almost lost a member, the pandemic hit them, ABS-CBN lost its franchise, people weren’t paying attention to them.

Despite all of those, they didn’t give up. They persevered.

All it took was one moment.

One single moment to change everything

and that was when Pantropiko went viral.

That’s also the first I’ve heard of them, I even thought they recently debuted.

That’s the untold truth about success. It’s never overnight.

You can’t say Pantropiko going viral was an overnight success because they’ve released songs before that day.

I love how Sheena was reminded by her brother just before she went back to Manila.

“Oo, pangarap ‘yun ni mama para sayo - pero diba pangarap mo rin ‘yun?”

Never give on your dreams. No matter how hard it is.

You choose what to do with every failure or tragedy that comes your way. You can either take it as a sign to step back or use it as a stepping stone forward.

I call those “success stories”

𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝑱𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝑽𝒐𝒕𝒆: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝑬𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑽𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝑩𝒖𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈

We all know that VOTE BUYING is unethical and illegal, but why do we still fall victim to it?

I’m no expert in politics. I just read and do some research, and here’s what I found.

From a survey, 60% of Filipinos believe that Vote Buying will significantly affect the upcoming May 2025 elections and this will hit those who belong in Socioeconomic Classes D and E.

What’s socioeconomic classes D and E?

Class D is also known as the Lower Middle Class. These are the people that live paycheck to paycheck.

Class E is also known as Poor or Marginalized. These are the people who live around the poverty line or just above it.

If Vote Buying will only have a significant effect on Class D and E, why should we be worried?

These are the largest groups in the Philippines that makes up over 60% of our population.

The solution is simple right? JUST DON’T ACCEPT THE BRIBE.

It sounds easy - but not for the people in Class D and Class E.

Imagine living paycheck to paycheck, you recently had this emergency and are in debt. (Studies show 44% Filipinos express their concern on household expenses).

Then, you are offered a bribe of P3,000.00.

Oftentimes they take the bribe because they think “Kapag kinuha ko ‘to, hindi naman magiging malaki ang impact ko. Isa lang ako.”

What they didn’t consider is that they don’t just buy the votes of one person. They do it to a large population.

Recent surveys show that 20% to 30% of Filipino Voters are offered monetary bribes.

So why not just take the bribe and vote wisely?

We all know that corruption is rampant in the Philippines. The thought remains “WHAT IF MY BALLOT IS BEING TRACKED?”

They don’t have the privilege of taking that chance.

So what now? Wala na ba tayong pag-asa?

No, we still have a chance.

This is a battle between INSTANT GRATIFICATION and DELAYED GRATIFICATION.

We need to properly spread awareness on who to vote for. Those that have contributed in the government. Those that are clean. Those that have what it takes to be a government official.

Sure, for the time being wala talagang epekto sayo kung bumoto ka nang tama. However, think of the future. Think of your kids.

Will you allow them to live in the same broken system that we’re living in?

Remember, we have the power to choose our leaders. Choose the right ones.

Don’t fall victim to vote buying. Vote properly. Let’s put the right people in the senate. They’ll take care of us.

Huwag natin hayaang maging DONASYON lang ang TAX natin.

A new law that was signed is disrupting the peace for online professionals - RA 12023 or The Digital Service Act.

When this law was signed, a 12% VAT on digital services is added. So tools and subscriptions like Canva, Google, Zoom, and others will be more expensive.

It makes sense to tax these providers especially if it's for the benefit of the Filipinos and for those that use these tools.

But that's just it, IF IT WAS USED FOR OUR BENEFIT.

This new law triggered a deeper frustration within us. 𝐖𝐄 𝐊𝐄𝐄𝐏 𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐀𝐗𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐔𝐓 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐍'𝐓 𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍.

As someone running an online business and living in this country, let me show you how this will affect us:
Canva: ₱499 → ₱558.88
Zoom: ₱800 → ₱896
Google Workspace: ₱270 → ₱302.40
Along with other digital services

That’s an additional ₱3,000–₱5,000 a month in operating costs across multiple tools and accounts.

With these added costs, it means online services and products need to increase fees, which will threaten or global competitiveness.

For freelancers and agencies, this sabotages our growth.

As a consumer, my recreational activities become more expensive. Fortunately enough, I only subscribe to Spotify and Netflix.

Speaking of Netflix, they've already announced new prices following this new law.

𝐀𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐲𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲?

Recently we have the NAIA Bollard Incident where a car, supposedly stopped by the bollard, killed people. The bollard wasn't even properly constructed, despite being a part of an 𝐏𝟖 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭.

No accountability, no explanation - just more headlines of wastd funds.

Oh and don't even get me started with the 𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒 with no public breakdown.

Ladies and gentlemen, we're funding 𝐏𝐎𝐎𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄, 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐒, and 𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 - while citizens and small businesses struggle.

So no, the tax isn't the enemy. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝.

This 2025, I’m looking to vote for candidates who are: 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭, 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬, and definitely 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭

Here are the senatorial candidates I’m currently considering:

1. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan - Champion of food security and rural development
2. Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino - Pro-MSME and tech innovation advocate
3. Heidi Mendoza - Former COA commissioner and global anti-corruption expert
4. Luke Espiritu - Labor rights lawyer and outspoken anti-dynasty voice
5. Leody De Guzman - Veteran labor leader advocating for wage justice
6. Jose Sonny Matula - Human rights defender and labor lawyer
7. Arlene Brosas - Legislative ally of women, workers, and grassroots sectors
8. Teddy Casiño - Former lawmaker known for integrity and clean governance
9. Ronnel Arambulo - Mental health advocate pushing for accessible reforms
10. Danilo Ramos - Defender of farmers and agrarian reform

I've only done surface level research for now so the list isn't final. I'm still open to discussions and recommendations. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲.

We deserve leadership that values transparency, service, and integrity.

𝑮𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓

We all have that moment of weakness - that moment where we felt like whatever sense of power and control we have was lost.

It comes in different ways.

You could have overestimated yourself and everything took a turn for the worse.

Maybe you had very little influence over the matter

Worst of all, maybe there's absolutely nothing you can do about it

Whatever the case, I want you to gain back your power.

Do something about it.

Don't let your circumstance be the definition of who you are.

You can always do something about it.

Go to the gym to reclaim control over your body. Study well so you can ace the next exam. Review your last discovery call so you can close the next potential client that comes to you. Tell people you're uncomfortable. Face the people who bully you. Do whatever you can so you can always say "I am powerful."

The moment you feel powerless - and define yourself as such, how can you move forward in life?

Power comes in different ways, just make sure you feel it.

Oh, throwback to when I had a perm.

𝑰𝒕'𝒔 𝑵𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒔𝒕, 𝑰𝒕'𝒔 𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒊𝒗𝒆

The other day I was training our interns when it comes to cold calling and sales.

We were roleplaying and he hit me with one of the most common objections we face, “I can’t afford getting that service yet.”

It’s been a common objection for the longest time. I’ve faced it multiple times as a Financial Advisor and am facing it a lot of times when I pitch my agency’s services.

The way you get around this objection is by emphasizing more of the VALUE than the PRICE.

M: “Quick question, as a small business owner, are you the one generating income and closing more clients?”

I: “Yes, as of the moment, I don’t have a sales team.”

M: “What’s stopping you from creating more money?”
I: “I’m handling administrative tasks, posting content, and handling emails”

M: “What if I free up at least 20 hours of your week to focus on sales instead of those? How much money would you be able to bring in 3 months from now?”

I: “On a monthly basis, that would be around $2,000 more”

M: “Our service, which does exactly what I said - to free up at least 20 hours of your week to focus on CREATION instead of OPERATION, doesn’t even cost half of what you can potentially make. If that happens, will you still say you can’t afford our service?”

Now, this is just roleplay, I would love to have had a conversation like that, but it isn’t just in sales.

It’s NEVER about how much something costs, it’s about what do you get from it?

Now, money isn’t the only currency.

Time and energy are both valuable too.

My question for you is, what are things you’re spending time, money, and energy on?

Are you getting value from it?

COACH KYLE

First of all I want to thank you for taking the time to read this. Here’s a quick background on who I am: My name is Adrian Kyle A. Ramos. I am currently studying in Saint Louis University as a BSBA Financial Management BA student. I grew up in a middle-class family, meaning I was lucky enough to have everything I needed. Growing up, I realized that there are more people who are less fortunate than me compared to those who have a better life than me. At times, I’d go around the streets to distribute food and water to those who are in need, but even if I have a good intention, I have no means to make it constant. “You cannot give what you do not have.” This statement is true, so at a young age, I started working even if I didn’t have to work. I worked as an article writer, data encoder, and sales officer. When I was able to save enough money, I invested in my friend’s business, OOF Clothing Line. Even if I was able to earn money and help those in need, I know that it isn’t enough. “Give a man a fish, and he will live for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” I became a Financial Wealth Planner because of that verse, that very one you just read. As such, I want to help people become financially free. My question for you is, “You’re on this page for a reason, what is it?”

Tap on that reason and make a change today to have a better future for you and your loved one.
