Last Sunday started with a magical calm in North Holland. 🌫️ I was heading to the Kaagmolen near Opmeer, a spot I’d been wanting to photograph for a while. As I drove up the d**e, the church of Opmeer appeared through the mist — just as the sun began to rise, painting the fields in golden light. ☀️
Everything aligned: the light, the silence, the fog. Moments like these remind me why I love early mornings so much. ✨

Yesterday, I joined the workshop organized by and led by . This year, the workshop coincided with the , making it an extra special experience. 🌊✨
Last year, I also took part, but we couldn’t access the balcony due to strong winds, according to the . Yesterday, however, we were lucky — there was hardly any wind in , giving us the perfect opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views over Rotterdam.
The highlight of the evening? The spectacular fireworks show! It was the perfect chance to experiment with long exposure photography and capture some truly stunning shots. 📸

🌄 Lake Bled at Sunrise 🌿✨ One of the most photogenic spots in Europe! The magical Lake Bled in Slovenia is a true paradise for photographers. Early in the morning, when the first sun rays hit the iconic island church and the water is perfectly still, you’ll capture the most breathtaking shots. 📸
Photography Tip: Arrive just before sunrise and bring a tripod for long exposures. From the west side of the lake, you’ll catch the golden light perfectly behind the church. 🔆
Travel Tip: Visit on a weekday and as early as possible to avoid the crowds and fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Pair your visit with a walk around the lake for unique perspectives! 🚶‍♂️
