Seasonal depression can make fall/autumn & winter feel heavy, especially for those with ADHD, because of the way dopamine and circadian rhythms work but small daily anchors add up. You don’t need perfection, just pick a few of these each day 💚

☀️ Light first thing (window or light lamp)
🤸‍♀️ 5–10 min movement
💧 First drink = water
🍳 Protein breakfast

🕛 Midday
🌬️ Quick outside break
🥗 Eat + move check-in

A little romantic get-a-way build for a friends Shell Challenge! If you don't know what a shell challenge is, it's a great way to test your creativity and become involved with other simmers!

This shell featured a open top basement that could not be covered....so I turned it into a hot spring!
