Victor Metske 'Effects of Haste'

And there we are. It was always our intention, us two remaining members of Bound Centre, to release new music whenever it felt right. As it turned out, this would take a while. And it might take a while again in the future. After a long period of wanting to check in and reconnect, it was our friend and latest collaborator Ms. Palace who dragged us out of our hibernation to hang out. After which we decided to release Victor Metske's long awaited (for those close to him) 'Effects of Haste'. In his own words:

"And here I am. I've spent the last few years learning a lot about myself. About my learned behaviours, systems that used to help me but are now in the way of my desire to change. My wish is to lovingly thank my past and say goodbye to old habits. It always takes me a while to figure anything out. I have lived with this EP for years now. It reminds me of all the things I have lost and all the things I have gained. I am happy to let go of these songs now. Hope you like them. Special thanks to Isa (Ms. Palace) for the inspiration"

This Saturday Bound Centre is back at Mono for the release party of 's 'to be cherished'. The full album drops on Friday and the limited casette is also available at the party.

A day after we release Side B of 'to be cherised' by Evelyn Palace we celebrate the entire album with a special release party at ! Join us from 20:00 on the 28th of January for a live performance of the album, including a screening of additional footage made by Ms. Evelyn and live sets by UNF41[r].io and Ezra V.
