I’ve hiked Arthur’s Seat twice now. My first time up was in 2017, right after my high school graduation, on a big family tour of Scotland – I was vegan at the time, and we made a big to-do about planning the whole excursion, finding a restaurant where we could all eat afterwards, and the like.
