On Sunday, September 14, 2025, Xymphonia is on the air again on Delta FM and Radio 350. In this episode, we present you a new EP by Stick Men (Markus Reuter, Toni Levin and Pat Mastelotto). We also once again air music from already introduced albums by Finally George, Anastasia Minster, and The Soundbyte, plus an album we missed out when it was released, by Returned To The Earth. Of course there's more to be heard from our Album of the Month September: "True Stories And Other Lies" by Pryzme. In the upcoming weeks, The Aurora Project, Daisy Chapman, and Ronny DeCarlo are giving concerts. Reason for us to air some music by them. Also, a film about Sparks will be screened in your vinicity, so this art pop duo is also featured in our broadcast this week. A week ago, Supertramp founder Rick Davies passed away. We honour him with a fitting song he wrote himself: "Goodbye Stranger". We close off with A.O.R. from the U.S.A. by eighties band Infinity. On Sunday, August 24 august 2025, Xymphonia is on the air again on Delta FM and Radio 350. In this episode, we present you new releases by Exit North, Discipline, and Jadis (live). Of course there's more to be heard of our Album of the Month August: "The Water In You " by Isgaard! In the near future both Thijs van Leer as Justin Hayward can be seen on Dutch stages, that's why we chose to air music by their bands Focus and The Moody Blues. At this moment the Stift Festival is in full swing in Twente, and on Wednesday 27 August Swedish cello virtuoso Svante Henryson will play an arrangement of an Allan Holdsworth classic. Reason for us to air the work as played by the guitar master himself. There's more fusion to be heard by Max Lässer's Ark. Apart from that we travel through Europe with tracks from the Italian prog legends D.F.A., the Swiss obscure band Deyss and the Swedish producers of idiosyncratic cross-over prog music, Isildurs Bane. In this episode, we present you new releases by Styx, Pymlico, Danny Widdicombe & Trichotomy, Little Feat, and Gary Brooker (a live archive release), plus a re-released album by Elioteron. And once again we feature Steven Wilson's "The Overview". One of the reasons is the YouTube release of a part of the visualisations that are used in the live show. Of course there's more to be heard of our Album of the Month: "Trichotomy" by Moon Halo! You all will have noticed the passing of two rock giants last week: Ozzy Osbourne and George Kooymans. Tonight we chose to honour the second-mentioned, the Golden Earring guitarist/singer who succumbed to the effects of the horrible disease ALS, with one of his more proggy compositions. And then we feature also the gothic neoclassical music of Persephone and a jazzrock and bluesrock influenced song by Snowy White And The White Flames. On Sunday, July 20, 2025, Xymphonia is on the air again on Delta FM and Radio 350. In this episode, we present you new releases by Steve Hackett (live), The Fërtility Cült, and Antoine Fafard. There's also more to be heard of the earlier introduced latest album by Paatos. There's also a new book about the British neoprog scene in the mid-eighties: "A Playground Of Broken Hearts". Comedy Of Errors and Solstice are both bands that are featured in it, so a good reason to play a COE classic and a more recent, but almost forgotten Solstice gem in this week's episode! Of course there's more to be heard of our Album of the Month: "Trichotomy" by Moon Halo! Onfortunately, once again the progressive rock world had to deal with the loss of two musicians who played a role in prog rock history. Tonight we remember original Pavlov's Dog keyboard player David Hamilton and Strawbs founder/singer/composer/guitarist Dave Cousins with music by their bands. And then there's time for another obscure German prog band: Earth Flight - ánd a singer-songwriter with a love for old keyboards like the mighty Mellotron: Adrian Crowley. In this episode, we present you new releases by Lee Abraham, Electric Gauchos plus we delve into the rich history of progressive rock with music from Epidaurus, David Sancious and P.F.M. and anniversary this week: Dream Theater's Images And Words was released 33 years ago !! And of course we play music from our Album of the Month for July: "Trichotomy" by Moon Halo! And sadly we have to pay tribute to a musical giant who has left us: percussion- and bass-player / producer Luis Jardim who has played on countless productions including some of Trevor Horn's best known work like Grace Jones' Slave To The Rhythm but also on Marillion's An Hour Before Its Dark.

We have news about The Samurai Of Prog ánd Black Sabbath, which is a good reason for airing tracks by these bands. And then there's another celebration: Marillion's most popular album is 40 years old this week! That leaves room for a forgotten 10cc gem.
