Automatic sports timing was invented 40 years ago by the founders of MYLAPS. We develop products and services for measuring, publishing and analyzing racers’ and athletes’ training and race results. A sold-out event at Doncaster Sheffield Airport with 2,600 runners taking on the 3.5K and 5.8K distances. The race was timed by MYLAPS partner Seasons Best, using BibTag technology, delivering accurate results on this unique runway course.

The MotoGP season officially kicked off earlier this month at Chang International Circuit 🇹🇭
As the host of the opening round, the circuit was equipped with MYLAPS X2 Race Control to deliver a professional and seamless race environment to improve monitoring and mitigating incidents on the track.
The on-track setup featured:
• 15 Grade 1 Flag Panels with a Marshal Controller, delivering real-time digital flag signals across the circuit
• Pit Exit Lights providing clear track status signals to ensure safe pit exits
• Starting Lights for clear and consistent race starts
• Info Panel at the finish gantry, alongside a Lap Counter Panel to keep riders and teams informed throughout the race
Digitally controlled from race control or operated by marshals, the ultra-bright X2 Flag Panels deliver real-time digital flag signals to riders, providing critical warnings and enhancing safety in high-risk situations.

57:20. A new world record. ⚡
Uganda’s Jacob Kiplimo delivered a historic performance in Lisbon, reclaiming the half-marathon world record with a stunning 57:20, beating the previous mark by 10 seconds.
With 28,000 runners on the course, we’re proud that the race was officially timed by MYLAPS Sports Services, together with partners LastLap, SBC Sports, and Asoçiasao O Mundo da Corrida.

We were proud to be at the 41st Asian Racing Conference, organized by the Asian Racing Federation and hosted by the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia alongside the prestigious Saudi Cup, uniting 650+ delegates from 40+ nations under the theme “Honouring Tradition, Shaping the Future.” 🏆

At Marcialonga 2026, around 7,000 athletes took on one of the world’s most iconic long-distance cross-country ski races in challenging winter conditions. Our Swiss partner Datasport, was on site to deliver accurate, reliable timing across the 70 km and 45 km courses, ensuring precise results from start to finish.

🇦🇹 Weissensee – the Alternative Elfstedentocht
For over 30 years, international amateur and professional speed skaters have gathered at Lake Weissensee for the ultimate long-distance ice skating challenge. During the last two weeks of January, several thousand athletes competed in daily 100 km and 200 km races at the world’s biggest ice sport spectacle.
