👾How to turn pixels into something farmers can actually use? How can satellite data support climate-resilient agriculture?

There is a lot of information and data out there. Phito wants to make this information more accessible, readable and useful for farmers and advisors to support them in their daily decisions.

During a workshop in Argentina Phito partners and explored what this could look like in Mendoza, one of the world’s most iconic wine regions. You can read more about it on our blog (link in bio).

Every field has a voice… and we loved listening with you all. Thanks for making our first Phito Docu & Dialogue evening in Wageningen so special (it might not have been the last one).

Big thanks also to our wonderful speakers Wouter Beekman, James Ocalia and Bernice Stoffer.

With the tropical climate farmers can basically grow food on Aruba for 365 days a year. Yet the island heavily relies on imports making it very vulnerable to potential shocks.

Tonight we are showing episode 5 of live in Wageningen on a large screen in visum mundi. And in this episode we follow Teun on a quest to learn more about food security in the Caribbean while trying to organise a farmers market that brings people together.

🚨🔥🍿Big announcement: Season 1 of is almost over but we still have one last episode for you and one very special event: Tonight at 20:00 CEST, episode 5 is premiering on our YouTube channel (link in bio) and next week Phito is coming to the cinema.🎞️

In this last episode of season 1 we will take you to Aruba to explore what role agriculture plays on a small island where everything seems to revolve around tourism.
