White Noise Sessions . The sessions are live recorded performances done at the White Noise Studio, Winterswijk ( Netherlands) in which bands bring their best!

We love bands who are left of center, interesting, thought provoking, or just plain good. So, what are the White Noise Sessions? The White Noise Sessions are live recorded sessions from the White Noise Studio in Winterswijk where bands play their best! We strive to give the artist or band a as much as possible a live feel or even a relaxed pratice room feel. So that means we generally don’t use he

adphones for these session, but floor monitoring. Amps can go to 11. As live as possible. We don’t mind to have a bit of on edge on the music. Not too polished or smooth. So, how do these sessions happen

The sessions are recorded with a number of good quality webcams. Small and compact, so they won’t distract from the actual music making. We like the sessions as honest and pure as possible. A session will take anywhere between 15 minutes to half an hour, the video is edited live and the audio will be mixed later on. The after effects for video usually are doing things like placing a logo, adding some filters etc. We announce the exact date on this website when we’ll upload the session to Youtube. History:

It all started in 2012 with a websession of Jerome of the French band Roken is Dodelijk. The experience we had with this was so good, we decided to continue with this type of sessions under it’s own name: MrMunchkin Streams. At first, all session were publiced on the website of the White Noise Studio ( formerly known as MrMunchkin Recording Studio), but after about 8 sessions a special little spot in the entire world wide web was created at mrmunchkinstreams.com. The next 2 years we had bands from all over the place, bands from Norway, France, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, USA, Germany and of course from the Netherlands. After changing the studio name from MrMunchkin Recording Studio to White Noise Studio we kept using the mrmunchkin streams name for a while. In december 2014 we decided to change the name to whitenoisesessions. With the uploading of the sessions directly to youtube and skipping the streams, no part of the name was fitting anymore. We are having Sessions at the White Noise Studio so : White Noise Sessions!

New White Noise Session with TRIEBLAUT!

Coming from Dresden, Germany, Trieblaut played a slamming 5 song set at the White Noise Studio on 12 December 2019.
Post Grunge, post-punk, electronica are influences for Trieblaut
They take it to the next level combined with catchy grooves and pulsing beats.
Bass and drums. Big bass and big drums. Great stuff!

The second video of the Les Marquises session!

In the first video the duo explored the accordion/efx/ drums setting, in this second video they explore the turntable / efx / drums setting.

This weird two heads trio met at the end of winter 2019, during a residency which created the first sounds of the quartet « Nuits ». That was the very beginning of something huge for Tom and Emilie.
When they began to play together, Jacques Brel was always somewhere around, singing some words of a song.
So, in a (strange) way, « Les Marquises » can be seen as a sort of tribute band.
The duo visited the White Noise Studio on monday 21st of October 2019 to record 2 tracks for White Noise Sessions and to record some more.

These recordings will be released on a new album in january 2020, on the brand new label « Eux Sèment ».
