💳 Important Update – Installment Plans at dJens Beauty & Style
Dear customers & followers 🤍
From January 1st, 2026, we will be introducing slightly stricter rules for our Installment Plans.
This is not a decision we take lightly. We truly appreciate the trust most of you show us, and installment plans have always been offered as a service based on mutual respect and responsibility.
Unfortunately, we have experienced that a small number of customers have withheld payments after receiving their products. This creates challenges for us as a small business — and sadly affects everyone.
To protect our business, our time, and the customers who do follow their agreements, we are therefore tightening our installment policy.

• Firmer consequences for missed payments
• Continued installment options for customers who follow the terms
Our goal is fairness — not punishment.
We want to keep offering flexible solutions, but they must be safe and sustainable for everyone involved.
