Goobit CEO Christian Ander: Bitcoin Is the Future of Capital Markets

Christian Ander, CEO of Goobit Group AB, shares why Bitcoin is central to the company’s vision, detailing their Bitcoin Treasury Strategy and what it means for investors and the future economy.

Ander is clear: Bitcoin will reshape capital markets, and as more companies adopt Bitcoin treasury strategies, a whole new Bitcoin economy will emerge.

He also explained why the company’s first funding round focused on strategic investors — and even teased a “Community Treasury” concept.

Goobit Group AB lanserar BTCX Bitcoin Treasury strategi

Goobit Group AB meddelar att man har lanserat en långsiktig strategi för Bitcoin Treasury. Den första omgången är avslutad. Den andra omgången börjar snart, och målet är att hålla så många bitcoins som möjligt i balansen.

I den första omgången tog bolaget in 10 miljoner kronor i en emission riktad till strategiska investerare.
BTCX var Sveriges första bitcoin-börs när vi lanserade den 2011. Sedan dess har Goobit varit engagerad i att främja Bitcoin-adoption. Att lansera en Bitcoin Treasury strategi är ett naturligt nästa steg på den resan, säger 🇸🇪 Christian Ander, VD för Goobit Group AB och bt.cx

Swedish crypto exchange Trijo hacked for 7.8 MSEK
Den svenske kryptobørsen Trijo hacket for 7,8 MSEK

Den svenska kryptobörsen Trijo, dotterbolag till börsnoterade GreenMerc, har utsatts för ett ”obehörigt uttag” på 7,8 miljoner kronor. Det var på torsdag morgon som Greenmerc upptäckte att obehöriga hade tillgång till delar av företagets interna system.

Enligt ett pressmeddelande från GreenMerc har 27 konton exponerats och de kunder som har påverkats av felaktiga uttag kommer att kompenseras av GreenMerc. Trijo har totalt cirka 65 000 kunder.

Enligt pressmeddelandet prioriterar GreenMerc säkerhet och kundförtroende och tar denna incident extremt allvarligt.

Den svenska kryptobörsen Trijo, dotterbolag till börsnoterade GreenMerc, har utsatts för ett ”obehörigt uttag” på 7,8 miljoner kronor.

Crypto broker Kvarn X expanding from Finland to Norway, Sweden, and Denmark

Finnish crypto broker Kvarn X is set to launch its crypto trading services in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark in the second half of 2025, following the approval of its MiCA licence application.

These plans were shared by Martin Wichmann, CEO of Kvarn X since April this year, in an extended video conversation with Kaupr, a short clip of which you can watch here. There is also a longer written description on the Kaupr news site, in Norwegian, Swedish, and English, while the video interview is in English.
