Danske Penning køber litauisk formueforvalter

Penning, et af Danmarks første MiCA-licenserede kryptoselskaber, køber formueforvaltningen hos litauiske Veli og lancerer Penning Wealth som selskabets tilbud inden for formueforvaltning.

Penning er et af de første selskaber i Danmark med fuld autorisering under EU's regler for kryptoaktiver, MiCA. Med købet af Velis virksomhed inden for formueforvaltning — herunder kundebase og en tidsubegrænset licens til platformens teknologi — retter selskabet sig mod et segment, det hidtil ikke har dækket: langsigtede investorer, der ønsker strukturerede kryptoporteføljer frem for aktiv handel.
