Studies show that when people on their death bed are asked about their biggest regret - it's often something they did not do because they were scared to. They listened to others instead of their heart, they followed the crowd because it was "safe". Never taking a chance.

Never taking a chance doesn't mean you're safe, it just means you'll be stuck where you are 'til the day you die - and to me, that was more scary than taking the action I needed to change my life.

Did this hit you a little bit? It did to me. It's so true and such a good advice! It's easy in the beginning because we're SO eager to see results and we so easily imagine the life we want to achieve. But after a while, it can become harder to keep up, for various reasons. KEEP going, KEEP working and hang in there - and you will see those results 🙌🏻
