- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect rooms, corridors, and common spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff for efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments for guest needs and repairs.
- Maintain proper records of room status, staff attendance, and daily task reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
-Attend to guest requests with courtesy and handle housekeeping-related concerns efficiently.

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as per resort policy.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in laundry and linen management when required.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
