Regarding the above, dated 2081/04/31 at 13:40 PM, District Bhaktapur Madhyapurthimi Municipality Ward no. 3 coming from Kathmandu towards Bhaktapur at Gathaghar. 6 b. 2173 no. The truck is going towards A. direction. 49 p. 8944 no. A police team including an investigation officer from Thimi Bhaktapur police circle was deployed for the death of the scooty driver who was about 40/45 years old when he hit the scooter. Taken to Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu at 16:45. Accidental vehicle truck Kathmandu Valley Police Armed Police Force No. 2 Placed at Maharajganj, Kathmandu. Truck Driver District Sarlahi Malangwa Municipality Ward No. Satendra Shrestha, 32 years old, who lives in 2, is under the control of the police
The scooter is placed in a circle. Due to the fact that the locals and the crowd of people who were walking on the road protested and rioted over the issue of the vehicle accident, the district police complex from Bhaktapur, P.U. A police team of 118 people was deployed under the command of Bed Bist, an additional team of 130 people from various offices of the Nepal Police in Kathmandu and a police team of 120 people from the Armed Police were also deployed and 22 rounds of tear gas were fired in the air to quell the rioting crowd.

Chief of District Police Complex, Bhaktapur P.U. P.S.H working in Bed Bista, Premises Bhaktapur. Bahadur Raut and District Bhaktapur Madhyapurthimi Municipality Ward no. Sougat Sapkota, a resident of Gathaghar, was also discharged after receiving minor injuries. At Gathaghar, the traffic island in the middle of the road and the police van next to it were attacked by the same crowd and the Table Than 1, Police Handset Than 1 and Charger Than 1 were also damaged. In relation to the incident, other further investigations are being carried out.
