If i was a Mayor of Hetauda, i would first make a sketch of "Here is what I am thinking" with constant effort of erasing and resketching to "Here is what I figured out".
I would keep making bad drawings for multiple times before i finish up with the best sketch of Hetauda and make it public.

But when it comes to leadership… you let anything pass?No filter there, and then we complain about the outcome.

Simple truth:
The quality of leadership is the quality of your filter. Filter weak, selfish, confused people out… or be ready to live with dirty results.

Leadership that asks for sympathy instead of taking responsibility is not leadership, it’s a liability. When someone in charge starts explaining away underperformance instead of fixing it, they’ve already failed the people they serve. A city doesn’t move forward with hesitation and excuses; it needs conviction, clarity, and the courage to deliver. If that’s missing, no amount of understanding will fix it, only change will.

रोड र ढल दुबै उत्तिकै महत्वका हुन्। तर योजना बिना बनाइने विकास भने मजाक मात्रै हो। पुर्वयोजना बिना काम गर्ने हो भने, रोड ढल बन्छ र ढल रोड बन्छ, बजेट खेलौना बन्छ, अनि जनताको दैनिकी प्रयोगशाला बन्छ।

No matter how many meetings you organize to “convince” the public; do you really think people are that easy to manipulate? Have you actually listened to the community, or have you already decided to impose your plan regardless of public concern? On what legitimate basis are you attempting to justify construction around Huprachaur when it is clearly valued as an open public space? Why is public sentiment being ignored instead of respected?

The real issue is simple and unavoidable: are you representing the people, or are you acting against their collective interest? We will always stand against any construction in Huprachaur. You can't manipulate us.

A city that calls itself a capital of Bagmati province( capital of capital) … but its hospital can’t handle its own people.

Walk into Hetauda Hospital and you don’t just see patients, you see a system quietly collapsing under pressure. Beds are full, lines don’t end, doctors are leaving, and the ones who stay are stretched beyond limits. Services exist on paper, but in reality, people are still forced to travel outside( chitwan, Kathmandu) for basic care. This isn’t just mismanagement, this is a warning sign of irresponsibility.

Development isn’t just measured by roads, parks, or slogans, it is measured by how a city treats its sick when they need help the most. And right now, Hetauda is answering that question in silence.Sorry Hetauda public for not being able to create a leadership that keeps your heath as a prior concern, while Hetauda even got a health minister at one point.

Everything here is closer than we think. Yet we burn fuel, spend more, and move less;when the easiest, smartest option is right in front of us.

A bicycle doesn’t just cut petrol and diesel costs, it cuts future hospital bills too. It keeps your body moving, your pocket safe, and your environment clean. No fuel. No noise. Just you and the road.

Hetauda has the distance for cycling.
And cycling has the purpose for Hetauda. 🚲

Some hands are quietly at work around the Forestry Campus in Hetauda, cleaning and caring for its surroundings to help preserve a clean, pollution-free habitat for the deer. It’s truly inspiring to see youths come together for those who cannot speak for themselves. Respect to every hand and every face behind this effort. Hats off 🫡 🫡
