If you have visited my page before I assume that you know that I haven't posted anything for a while now. There is no certain reason for my absence it's just that I was going through some personal decisions and had to invest some time into them but now that everything is almost sorted I plan on resuming again. Frosty morning in Jiri ❄️🥶 As winter is ongoing the temperature in the morning doesn't show any signs of increasing obviously because its winter but deep from my heart I really wish that it was a little warmer😆Still though I love winters more than other seasons I dunno why but it's true it's just some sort of winter magic maybe it's because the night is longer and you can see stars more clearly the night sky during winter Is just the perfect example of beauty and peace you can really feel just how big and beautiful the sky and stars are and maybe for those reasons I love winters ❤️❤️...

So I love watching sunsets and sunrise and as the weather was clear I went on a morning jog to see the sunrise I woke up at 4:36 and went on my jog at around 5 AM I live in jiri, Nepal and it's a hilly region at an altitude of 1905 meters. Cherdung hill ( 3688 meters ) The morning was chilly as winter is starting but still I continued my jog my body was feeling tired but I couldn't stop because it was really cold I decided that I want to find a location from where I can watch the sunrise peacefully.Because jiri is located In a countryside region the population is not really high and the communities are fragmented and the vehicle traffic is also low so during mornings it's really peaceful I was enjoying my jog and because its winter time the sun rose rather late but I found a good spot and was able to enjoy the beautiful morning view....

Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech? What are your favorite physical activities or exercises? Everybody wants to stay healthy and look fit too but not everyone has the opportunity to go to gyms in that case working out at home is your best option. Training forms such as calisthenics is your best option as it utilizes bodyweight exercises and requires minimal equipment and it's highly scalable so you can choose the exercises and the intensity according to your strength level the good thing is there are a lot of variations so let's start with the exercises....

What is something others do that sparks your admiration? As an overthinker it's hard to always stay motivated there are many times when I would worry about needless things I would worry too much about the problem which I have not even faced yet so during those times when I see people who continuously put effort for their passion it helps me to be optimistic and I can't stop admiring these type of people who are willing to endure any hardships for their dreams and passion....

As more than a week of December has already passed its winter now so what's the weather condition in your area ? Umm I wanted to ask this question because I was curious how winter is in other places right now in my area the weather is totally random 😆 just talking about today this morning the whole place was covered in frost and after a while at around 11'o clock the sun was at its peak it was so hot and after that in during afternoon the wind suddenly started blowing fast and it started getting chilly and right now as I am writing this at 7:33 pm it's raining heavily the weather is totally nuts today😅...
