🌾🙏 A Prayer for Rain in Terai-Madhesh 🙏🌧️

As the month of Saun moves forward and the fields of Madhesh lie cracked and thirsty, we turn inward… to pray and heal. The land is crying. The sky is silent. And yet, hope lives in our hearts. 💧

We now offer this prayer for our beloved Terai.
For the soil that feeds us, but now stands dry.
We are sorry for the harm done to nature.
Please forgive us, Mother Earth.
Thank you for still holding us.
We love you.

🌟 Don’t focus on solving your problems.
⚡ Focus on upgrading your frequency.

A few months ago, I found myself stuck — overthinking, firefighting, constantly trying to solve one issue after another. It was exhausting. And the more I tried to fix things, the more problems seemed to appear.

Then I paused. I asked myself:
💬 What if the problems aren’t the real issue?
💬 What if my energy — my frequency — needs a shift?

So I changed my approach:
✅ I began each day with gratitude.
✅ I started visualizing outcomes instead of worrying about obstacles.
✅ I focused on learning, growing, meditating — upgrading myself, not just my to-do list.

And something amazing happened —
🌱 Many problems resolved on their own.
🌈 New opportunities started flowing in.
💡 The more I aligned with clarity and calm, the more solutions naturally showed up.

So today, I’m sharing this with you:
➡️ Instead of fighting problems, try upgrading your frequency. Your outer world changes when your inner world levels up.

🙏 An unexpected encounter that reminded me of the joy of helping others. 🙏

Yesterday, as I was returning home to Lalitpur from my office — I work as a Bridge Design Engineer on the Kathmandu Terai Fast Track Road (KTFT) project, Nepal — something interesting happened.

While riding my electric scooter (which I’ve had for 3 years now), a young man stopped me and asked for a lift. I asked where he was going and what he did. He said he’s a graduate in economics and was on his way to his friend’s house.

Even though his destination was far from mine and off my route, I decided to give him a lift and dropped him near his friend’s place. Before departing, he thanked me, took my number, and saved it.

As I rode back toward my own home, I felt a deep sense of happiness and gratitude. I silently thanked God for giving me this small opportunity to help someone.

Sometimes, it’s the small, unplanned acts of kindness that bring the biggest warmth to the heart. 💛
