This is sadheko alu ra masyaura - potatoes and soya chunks, mixed the Nepali way.

This isn't a fixed recipe. I just worked with whatever I had at home that day.

You can follow this exactly, add more, remove things, or change it completely. Sadheko doesn't have rules - you work with what you have.

Green chillies

Turmeric

Chilli powder

Salt

Sesame paste
