Within a woman lives an ancient force,
a memory gentle and deep, almost infinite.
It is not born from noise nor from war,
but from the secret pulse of the earth.

She is the breeze that soothes, the root that holds,
the life that returns even when the world resists it.
A serene gaze, an awakened intuition,
the wise and invisible architecture of life.

Yet there were times of clumsy blindness,
of hollow pride and rigid words.
Hands of ignorance, fearful of her light,
tried to imprison her simple fire.

They called her fragile so they would not see her strength,
dressed her in silence, pushed her away from her destiny.
For there are small minds, filled with fear,
that mistake tenderness for lack of courage.

And still, her essence neither dies nor fades.
It simply waits patiently behind the walls.
For what is truly deep cannot be extinguished—
it only learns in the shadows how to ignite again.

Woman is cycle, tide and seed,
a light reborn when the dawn begins to breathe.
And when history attempts to forget her,
life itself remembers her name.

For her power does not shout — it blossoms.
It does not impose — it transforms.
It does not dominate…
yet it endures.

“For the female strength that has shaped the world.”

🌍🕊️ Buddhist Monks Walking for Peace in the USA 🐾✨
A group of Buddhist monks has embarked on an extraordinary pilgrimage known as the Walk for Peace, walking thousands of miles across the United States with a simple yet powerful message: peace, compassion, and unity.

They walk step by step, breath by breath, meeting people from all walks of life along the way. They are not trying to convince, teach, or prove anything. They simply walk in coherence with what they live and embody — even accompanied by a small dog who has become a symbol of tenderness and simplicity 🐶🤍

This journey reminds us of something essential:
peace does not arise from the urge to know more,
from the need to stand out,
or from the desire to become someone.

Peace arises from deep listening.

If you come to Samadhi House — or to any space dedicated to consciousness and retreat — allow yourself to be guided.
Listen to your true being.
Do not move from the anxiety to know, to shine, or to dominate.

These are spaces of self-knowledge and true understanding,
not to inflate the ego,
but to recognize it, soften it, and pacify it,
so we can live our best version —
more human, more conscious, more loving.

How can there be peace in the world
if we do not first learn to walk in peace within ourselves? 🤍

Keep in mind ! The Universe sends you always what you need.
There are different ways to improve and get knowledge . Some of the ways are through the people you meet on your way.
Then, be grateful for each person you meet. Sometimes is not easy to understand but there is always a lesson behind . Find it out and you will feel thankful!!!
When you instantaneously connect with someone, probably the vibration you are sending is similar.
Sometimes your vibration is too low and you are attracting people from the same vibration ,probably its time to look at your mind and master your thoughts to elevate the vibration. A perfect way to elevate the vibration is through a good yoga practice, pranayama work , bhandas and meditation . These practices work directly on your energetic body, your physical body and your mental state .
Just 5 min in the morning and before going to sleep can be a big change.
Try it !!!

Never blame anyone in your life: GOOD people give you happiness, BAD people give you experiences, BEST people give you memories, and WORST people give you lessons…

The Importance of Light Offerings in Buddhism

Butter Lamp Offerings at Boudhanath Stupa

In Buddhism, the offering of light symbolizes the dissolution of ignorance and the awakening of wisdom. To offer a lamp is more than a ritual — it is a silent prayer for clarity, compassion, and awareness.

At Boudhanath Stupa, one of the holiest Buddhist sites in the world, butter lamp offerings have been practiced for centuries. As countless flames dance around the stupa, they create a living mandala of light — a field of prayers for peace, healing, and awakening.

In Samadhi, we try to always include a light offering at the end of our programs. This moment is not just symbolic — it is deeply intentional. It represents the dedication of all the practice, awareness, and transformation generated during the program.

The meaning of ending with a light offering:

To dedicate the merit of the practice to all beings

To transform inner understanding into service to the world

To remind us that true awakening is meant to be shared

To honor the silence, the learning, and the inner work done together

The merit of a light offering is said to:

Clear mental obstacles and emotional darkness

Strengthen compassion and wisdom

Create karmic causes for clarity and awakening

Bless others silently through intention

Dear friends, I really wish you enjoy this experience at Boudha
Blessings
🙏🏼🧡

The lamp becomes a bridge between inner awakening and outer world. When we light it, we are saying:
“May this light not belong to me, but to all beings.”

A single flame can carry the power of a hundred prayers.

Light is not only something we offer — it is something we become.

A Heartfelt Gratitude from the Samadhi Family

Our Sound Healing Course, designed as an intensive retreat to practice yoga, meditation, and experience the beauty of the spiritual path Nepal has to offer, has come to an end. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making this experience so beautiful and meaningful. This journey was made possible through dedication, love, and a shared vision to serve our participants.

We would like to extend our special thanks to our Samdhi Team always with a radiant smile. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to A***n, our cook, who works discreetly yet plays an essential role in bringing joy through his food, showing immense respect and professionalism every step of the way. He and me are a team long ago!!!

A huge thank you to our fantastic Yogi Diwas , whose presence brought such energy to the retreat, and to our esteemed Buddhist masters, Lama Lopen Norbu and Lama Gymatso, for their wisdom and teachings. Our dear friend Tashi, a Tibetan friend, who was always ready to support us behind the scenes, deserves a special mention as well.

Dil, a brother to me ,our friendly and kind guide, walked with the group during our small trek to the Stupa and Vishnu Mandir—thank you for your constant support. We are also grateful to the food suppliers, the bakers.
Sweet Evelyn who brought so much warmth into our lives. Special thanks to Rojina, our coworker, who contributed so much to making everything flow smoothly. Raman, my brother and Nitisha who brought the Magic of Nepal with their beautiful way od playing Bansuri Flute🧡

We’d like to recognize the incredible work of Peter Effenberger, our Master in Sound, and his partner Ram, for their positive energy and unwavering support. And of course, a big thank you to all our participants, who made this experience truly special—without you, this journey would not have been possible.

A special mention to our dear Olga, a fabulous lady who came to us for a yoga experience and found much more during her adventurous time 🧡

Join us for Meditation Sessions to Master your thoughts ( coming Soon)
We often expect others to act the way we want them to, to think or do what we believe is right. But what if I told you that the key to maintaining your inner peace and being in a positive mental state lies in the interpretation you give to situations? 🤔

My teacher always says: "If the interpretation of a situation exhausts or offends you, it's not the right interpretation." 🌟
True peace of mind comes when we learn to see things from a place of love and understanding, without letting ego or pride separate us from reality.

Instead of expecting others to act as we imagine, we can learn to interpret situations from a more compassionate place. What if, instead of viewing others' actions as negative, we saw them as a reflection of their own reality, their limitations, or what they have yet to learn? 🙌

Sometimes, ignorance doesn’t just come from within us; it can also come from those around us. If we're influenced by someone who is emotionally or spiritually less developed, their energy can "contaminate" us and affect our peace of mind. That's why it’s crucial to protect ourselves and be aware not to let situations or external environments pull us off track. 🌱

It’s true that many times it's very difficult. We realize we're reacting according to a wrong interpretation only after we've already responded in a way that doesn’t serve us. But the beauty lies in being able to pause when we identify that and course-correct. This not only helps us, but it also brings us closer to others. 💖

Everyone is seeking happiness, we're all on the same path. The difference is in the mental state we carry along the way. A positive mental state leads us to peace and love, while a negative one leads only to suffering. The key is how we interpret situations and choose to see the best in others. If we choose to see the beauty in others, to be loving and compassionate (even when they don’t do what we expect), we are raising our own consciousness and helping everyone around us grow. 🌍✨

I say every day for myself : Judge less love more !! 🧡✨️
