🚨 RUSSIA LAUNCHES ICBM IN 6,700+ KM COMBAT-TRAINING TEST

Russia conducted a combat-training launch of a mobile, solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in northern Russia on August 28. 🚀🇷🇺

The missile traveled more than 6,700 km across Russia before reaching the Kura test range in Kamchatka. Russia’s Defense Ministry said the launch was carried out to test the missile system’s technical and flight performance.

The missile was equipped with training warheads rather than nuclear warheads, and Russian officials said they successfully reached the designated target area.

The exercise also included deploying a mobile missile-launcher battery to a remote location, preparing the system for launch and conducting the firing operation.

⚠️ Russia did not officially identify the missile used in this particular launch. Some reports have linked the launch setup to the RS-24 Yars, a mobile nuclear-capable ICBM. However, the August launch should not be described as a confirmed Yars test unless Russian authorities officially identify it.

The launch comes amid heightened military tensions and continued strategic weapons activity involving Russia and other major powers.

🚨 NEPAL GOVERNMENT WARNS: RASUWA FLOOD DANGER MAY NOT BE OVER 🇳🇵

⚠️ People and rescue teams urged to stay alert and away from dangerous river areas

A devastating flash flood in Nepal’s Rasuwa district was triggered by a massive collapse of ice, rocks and debris in the Himalayan region. The collapse blocked the Lhende River, creating a natural dam that later suddenly burst, sending a powerful surge of water, mud, rocks and debris downstream into the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli river systems.

The flood caused widespread destruction, washing away homes, bridges, roads and power infrastructure. In some locations, the Trishuli River reportedly rose by around 9 metres within just 30 minutes, demonstrating the extreme speed and force of the floodwaters.

🚨 BUT THE THREAT MAY NOT BE OVER.

Satellite and aerial images indicate that ice, snow, rocks and debris may still be blocking sections of the upper river. If these blockages suddenly collapse, another powerful surge of water could move downstream with little warning.

🇳🇵 Nepal’s authorities have already warned people to remain vigilant and take necessary safety precautions. Residents, travellers and anyone near rivers and vulnerable areas should stay away from riverbanks and follow official instructions.

🛑 RESCUE TEAMS ALSO FACE SERIOUS RISKS.

Rescuers are working under extremely difficult conditions as destroyed roads and bridges have made access challenging. The possibility of another flash flood, landslides and unstable terrain continues to threaten both affected communities and rescue personnel.

🙏 For everyone in and around the affected areas: Stay alert. Stay away from dangerous river channels. Do not take unnecessary risks. Follow government and security authorities’ instructions.

The disaster has already caused a major humanitarian crisis, with hundreds reportedly dead and many still missing across Nepal and Tibet.

📢 SHARE THIS WARNING — IT COULD HELP SAVE A LIFE.

🚨 DEVASTATING FLASH FLOOD HITS NEPAL’S RASUWA 🇳🇵🌊

A devastating flash flood swept through Rasuwa district, Nepal, after the Bhote Koshi River suddenly surged near the Nepal–China border.

Homes, roads, bridges and other critical infrastructure were washed away, while several settlements along the river were reportedly submerged or severely damaged. The disaster has affected a large area inhabited by around 50,000 people.

⚠️ At least 9 people have reportedly died, while several others remain missing. Nepal Army, Armed Police Force and Nepal Police personnel have been deployed for rescue operations. However, dangerously high water levels have made rescue efforts difficult, with helicopters unable to land safely in some areas.

⚡ The flooding has also caused major damage to Nepal’s hydropower infrastructure. The Energy Ministry has reported that around 430 MW of electricity generation has been affected.

Roads and communication networks have been damaged, while floods and landslides have disrupted transportation along the important Nepal–China border route.

🔎 CAUSE UNDER INVESTIGATION

Authorities are investigating what triggered the sudden rise in the Bhote Koshi River. Officials are examining whether an upstream event in Tibet, such as a landslide or glacial-related flood, may have caused the rapid surge.

🚨 Communities living downstream have been urged to stay away from riverbanks and move to safer locations as authorities continue monitoring the river and carrying out rescue operations.

🇳🇵 NEPAL NEEDS HELP, NOT SILENCE.

Deadly Glacial Collapse Triggers Devastating Flash Floods in Nepal

A massive glacial collapse is believed to have triggered the deadly flash floods that swept through Nepal’s Himalayan border region.

Satellite imagery suggests a section of glacier roughly 2,000 feet wide broke away from an altitude of around 17,000 feet, plunging into the valley and sending a powerful surge of water, ice and debris downstream. Scientists are still investigating the exact sequence of events.

The torrent tore through the Bhote Koshi River valley, destroying homes, bridges, roads and critical infrastructure. Border facilities and hydropower projects were also severely damaged, leaving some areas difficult for rescue teams to reach.

The human toll has been devastating. Nepal reported 157 deaths, while China reported three deaths in Tibet, with hundreds of people still missing across the border region. Earlier estimates from Nepal’s Tourism Board indicated that more than 400 people were missing, including foreign nationals, though authorities have continued revising the figures as information becomes available.

Rescue operations are continuing, with the Nepali Army using helicopters to search for survivors and deliver emergency supplies.

The disaster has also renewed fears over the growing threat of unstable glaciers and ice-related hazards in the warming Himalayas.

🇺🇸✈️ U.S. MILITARY C-17 LANDS IN MOSCOW — BUT WHY? 🇷🇺

An unusual U.S. military flight has caught global attention.

A U.S. Air Force Boeing C-17 Globemaster III landed at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport on August 25, flying directly from Riga, Latvia.

✈️ Aircraft: C-17 Globemaster III
🔢 Tail number: 07-7181
📡 Callsign: RCH4555
📍 Route: Riga → Moscow

The aircraft had previously flown to Riga from the Camp Springs, Maryland area near Joint Base Andrews.

But the biggest question remains:

WHY DID A U.S. MILITARY AIRCRAFT FLY TO MOSCOW? 🤔

The purpose of the flight has not been publicly confirmed.

🇷🇺 The Kremlin said it had no information about the aircraft’s arrival, while U.S. authorities have not publicly explained the mission or confirmed who or what was onboard.

Reuters also reported that it was unclear whether the aircraft was carrying passengers or cargo.

The timing is especially notable as U.S.-Russia contacts over the Ukraine war have faced setbacks.

Some observers have speculated that the flight could be connected to diplomatic activity — but there is currently NO confirmation of this.

The C-17 is a powerful military transport aircraft capable of carrying troops, vehicles and large amounts of cargo, making the unexplained Moscow landing particularly unusual.

👀 So what was the mission?
