नेपालमा डाक्टर र स्वास्थ्यकर्मीमाथि आक्रमणका घटनाहरू बारम्बार सुनिन्छन्। प्रायः यसको कारण एउटै हुन्छ: अस्पतालमा भीड धेरै, जनशक्ति कम, उपचारमा ढिलाइ, र त्यसपछि बिरामीका आफन्तको निराशा र रिस स्वास्थ्यकर्मीमाथि| अस्पताल नेपालीको frustration पोख्ने ठाउ हो? यो सब स्वास्थय मन्त्रालयको गल्ती होा जब प्रणाली नै कमजोर हुन्छ, त्यसको दोष frontline मा काम गर्ने व्यक्तिमाथि जान्छ।
Ministry of Health and Population ले नीतिहरू बनाउँछ, तर कार्यान्वयनमा धेरै कमजोरी छन. Enough is enough overworked underpaid health workers can’t serve people anymore. Give the right to use the licensed gun to the health workers or protect them. we need resignation of health minister. MOHP failed badly.
