The trials of KP Oli and Lekhak should be live streamed. The public must see and feel the justice delivery of courts. The live broadcast of hearings is a commitment made by the Supreme Court in its plans. It is our constitutional right and a cornerstone of transparent justice. Court hearings are broadcast in India, Pakistan, China and many other countries. The public deserves to see the quality of lawyering delivered by more than 50 lawyers representing Oli and Lekhak and prosecutors on opposition.
