Noah's Ark Animation Studios Established in 2013, Noah's Ark Animation Studios, based in Nepal, focuses on addressing social awareness through the medium of Art and Animations.

A General Background:
The key founding members have good experience in the field of animation production in Nepal, some of whom were the key players in the production of popular animated PSAs (12 episodes) produced during the CA elections in the year 2008 - subcontracted as a third party. Five hypothetical Nepali characters were created who could be inclusive and representative of the diversity of

Nepal. Later, to maximize impact of the PSAs, two popular real life characters, Madan Krishna Shrestha and Hari Bansha Acharya were also used, both modeled and animated in 3D. The preliminary survey conducted by AC Nielson and BBC World Trust Service in media consumption pattern and preferences reported 40 % viewership of Interface animated TV PSAs across 60 districts in Nepal whereas the popular Madan Bahadur Hari Bahadur program reported 30% viewership. We would like to interpret this as a hint on the effectiveness and popularity of animation as a visual medium.
