Some couples can spend months without dating, but they still can feel love and care from each other.
Other couples call each other everyday or even date most of the time, but they still feel distance.
So I think it is normal whether or not your partner gives you enough of their time. As long as you can feel love and care from your partner, the relationship is still in a good stage. Maybe they are busy creating future with you.
What more important is that action speaks louder than word. Even without dating, their action and tone tell us they still love us, that is what matter.
