𝟏. 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝
If your payment was deducted but the NPL Season Pass did not activate, please email us the following:
• Screenshot of the deducted transaction
• Your App User ID (Mobile Number / Email / Gmail)
Our team will verify your details and activate your pass manually.
𝟐. 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
If more than one payment has been deducted, please email us your transaction screenshots.
Your 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 after verification.
