Terms & Conditions:
- The Contest is open to all Nepali Citizen, age above 13 years from Dec 18 - 31, 2015.
- Participants may not use more than one Facebook account to participate
- Winners are chosen by the most creative and interesting expressions.
- 3NI reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes of equal value.
- 3NI reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and the merchants at any time without giving any prior notice to any party.
- 3NI and its employees, promoters, program organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize.
- All details on participation and prizes in the Contest that may appear in all promotional materials form part of the Terms and Conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal and participant agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Nepal in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
- 3NI reserves the rights, in its sole discretion in the selection of the winners and judges’ decision are final.
- Prizes must be collected in accordance with the dates and destinations specified by the Organizer, failing which it shall be forfeited. No cash alternative or alternative arrangement will be offered by the Organizer, its agents or sponsors.
