Taking a standard Green Goblin figure (Right) and turning it into a grimdark nightmare (Left)

Replaced the classic green skin with pale flesh tones, darkened the suit, and heavily weathered the glider to create a much darker, horror-inspired alternate universe look.

🎬 Enemy at the Gates vibes... 🎯 Swipe to see the target's view.

Batteries included for scale! 🔋 I wanted to see how much gritty realism I could pack into a miniature sniper nest, and this tiny marksman was the perfect challenge.

From the hand-painted camo pattern on the uniform to the dry-brushing and bullet pockmarks on the ruined concrete wall, every millimeter of this project was a blast to paint. It’s always a fun reality check on just how small this scale is when you pop a standard AA battery right next to it!

WIP: Trust the process. 🎨👹

Breaking down the skin tone progression on this Orc bust, layer by layer. Tracing the steps from the bottom right up to the top left, you can see how every single stage adds a completely new layer of depth and lifelike texture—starting from the flat base tones all the way to the final sharp, warm highlights.

Building up skin depth on a canvas like this takes patience, but seeing it all come together is the best part of the build.

My 2nd bust build ⚔️👑.

Super stoked with how this guy turned out. For my second go at a bust, I wanted to focus on getting that cold, stern look on his face, and then contrast it against some really grimy, brutal-looking armor.

I went with a bone color for the spiked shoulders and mixed in some deep blood-red to make the sharp edges pop.

Painting at this scale is awesome—there’s so much room for detail compared to regular minis. Absolute game changer.

🩸THIS IS SPARTA!!!! 🩸

Every wound tells a story of defiance, and every scar is a testament to an empire that refused to bend. 🏛️ For this diorama, I really wanted to push the grim, dark-fantasy atmosphere, focusing heavily on layering the muscle tones and creating realistic, deep crimson blood texturing across the torso and the fallen enemy.

The battle-worn shield and the aggressive sweep of the cape were positioned specifically to give this piece a massive, cinematic feel from every angle. Swipe through to check out the technical details and the full composition breakdown!
