Picking the first sweet mandarins of this season from my garden.
Satsuma mandarins, a popular New Zealand fruit, are known for their easy-to-peel skin, seedless nature, and sweet, juicy flesh. They are often included in lunchboxes and are enjoyed as a healthy snack or in various dishes. The fruit ripens during the winter months (May-July).
