It’s about showing up for the people who need to find you!!

If you don’t talk about your brand, share your vision, speak to the people who NEED to hear your message .. how can you expect to grow?! 🤔

Your ideal clients are 100000% more likely to back you and your business if you’re showing up in your marketing to share why you business you’ve created is worth their time.

Social media real estate is already so over saturated (with over three BILLION active users on IG alone - fact!) .. and by not showing up, copying others or allowing yourself to blend in, you’re missing opportunities to be seen.

Instead:

🎉 Find your brand voice and USE IT .. don’t be afraid!!

It hasn’t been an easy journey (no journey in business is).

From freelancing in 2021, to officially registering as a business in 2023, to now… it’s been 5 years of lessons, risks, setbacks, and growth.

But the truth? Most of it never makes it onto Instagram.
👉 The failed projects.
👉 The criticism.
👉 The “what if this doesn’t work?” moments.

But when I look back at that girl in 2021, I’m proud of her. She had the courage to show up even when people told her it was “silly” to promote her business on social media.

Because without that courage, I wouldn’t be here today - leading what is now a 7-figure agency with a growing team across the country, clients all over the world, and the opportunity to share my voice on stages (including internationally next week ✈️).

Here’s the reminder: the highlight reel never tells the full story. Growth takes grit. And if you’re in the messy middle right now - keep going. The version of you five years from now will thank you.

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager who’s strategic, an organisational weapon, confident with clients, and a massive passionate for all things digital marketing.

The role is 32-40 hours/week (flexible), hybrid (WFH + our Auckland office), with a clear path to grow alongside the business.
