SAT / 18 / JULY / 26 ❤️🩹
First session of the day @ 7:26AM.
Drain pain was 5/10 in abdomen area, right stitches, right shoulder, and flanks both front and back.
Fill pain was 8/10… HOLY 💩 YOU GUYS‼️that pain is totally different, didn’t have this sort of pain in the first catheter. Pain in same areas as above, but this time my shoulder is REAL intense! . 😐 No leaking at this session which is a pretty good thing though! .
Right now I’m Dwelling until 12PM, I’m getting very intense shoulder pain and abdomen, so I’ve made me a hot water bottle, done some of my morning chores, resting bed and gonna take me meds !!
We’ll see clinic on Wednesday to talk about my pain, honestly debating to try HD (Hameo dialysis) because this pain has been ongoing even before I started dialysis but it’s just gotten MORE INTENSE since starting dialysis.
It’s become tolerable but it’s just so annoying because it’s literally affecting my daily activities 🥲 I want to do so much more than what my body can handle. So frustrating but I do what I can when I can and makes me happy to even get outside and get some Sunshine, be spending time with loved ones, my dogs. Like just after I took my dogs toilet, did my session I feel absolutely drained and ontop of it the pain because unbearable especially in my shoulder and abdomen (the right side) WHERE I NEVER EVEN HAD A KIDNEY! 😐😧 .
We’ll see where this journey takes me but for now 😊 please have beautiful day, be kind to another and most of all yourself!
