Cam One has partnered with Pacific Cooperation Broadcasting Limited (PCBL) / Pasifika TV to build PacStream, a dedicated live streaming app for Pacific sport and community events.

What started as a conversation about giving Pacific sport better visibility has grown into something much bigger. PacStream is powered by Cam One technology and built for the Pacific, giving schools, clubs and broadcasters a simple way to go live from a phone without needing a full production setup.

What makes this partnership special is the bigger opportunity behind it. This is about helping communities tell their own stories, showcase their own events, and build local capability at the same time. It is also about giving young people the chance to learn real production and storytelling skills that can grow with them.

We recently gave broadcasters from across the region a sneak peek at Pasifika TV's Navigating the Digital Landscape Conference in Auckland, and the response in the room made it clear there is real demand for this kind of tool.

The pilot is set to roll out first across Tonga, Samoa and Fiji.

Our biggest Cam One update is here 🎉
We’ve rebuilt the setup experience so it’s easier (and quicker) to start broadcasting your team’s sport.

And we are excited to announce our brand new Free tier. Everyone can now go live without a subscription, so you can start streaming matches straight away. We’ve also added powerful Pro features to help level up your stream. You can remove the Cam One watermark, and upload your own custom hold screen and full page graphics (team lists, match schedules, sponsor splash screens etc) for a more professional look.

Plus, there’s a new Demo Mode so you can practice and explore all Cam One features before going live. It’s the easiest way to build confidence, check your settings, and avoid mistakes when it really counts – especially when you've got fans, friends and family watching.

Over the last few weeks, Cam One users have been live streaming an amazing mix of sports from around the world. From local club and school games through to national and regional championships, people are turning their phones into full sports broadcast set ups.
